It's so fucked up that they fired Joey due to his sudden illness, over an email, and only one member visited him in the hospital. I grew up looking up to Joey Jordison my whole life as a drummer. There was nobody that could touch him on the drums, he was the best drummer. He made Slipknot, Slipknot. I can't imagine any other drummer on slipknot self titled, Iowa, etc. He had this almost hip-hop vibe, he grooved so hard on the drums. Clown could have been replaced. Sid could have been replaced. But they took the heart and soul of the band and cast him aside because he wasn't good enough anymore. Joey Jordison will forever be the greatest drummer of all time, and nobody will ever come close to what he brought to the table. RIP #1.
