Frankly, this situation beggars belief, and is a tad bit hypocritical on Google's part. Unless I am mistaken, there are a fair number of scam advertisement videos circulating on RUclips, and I think that Google should put more effort into removing these misleading videos, instead of wasting their time demonetizing videos like the one covered here simply because of contextually appropriate use of in-game content. One of the reasons why I enjoy this channel is because of the fact that there is no profanity (I greatly dislike bad language), so it gave me a bit of a shock when I read the title of this video. I actually can't believe that there are people out there that would genuinely fall for this. I mean come on, even if you got a basic knowledge of video game trailers you can tell half of those scenes are taken straight from the Watch Dogs 2 announcement trailer and the rest is modded GTA V videos. Like, I don't know how to explain it but there's something specific about a real GTA trailer. Rockstar just know how to make them feel unique.
If a gta 6 ad was real it would be taken down by Rockstar then you can talk about it but the ad was so obviously fake. Only listen to Rockstar and not some random youtuber.
It's sad that no matter what ad that tries to convince you that gta 6 is out you're always gonna have some people still believing that gta 6 is in development and RUclips actually encourages this, as ned luke once said if it's from rockstar then it's true if not then it's a scam also the cutscene at 7:43 is actually Tyler Morgan from nfs payback.
There is also another version of the GTA6 ad scam that reminds me a little bit of those mafia city ads.. I'm not going to lie but I had not got that advertisement yet but I sure as hell will end up skipping it because I skip majority of all the advertisements I get, but if I'm not able to skip it I just let it play through until the end and it's gone, and I will admit I do get really annoyed by the amount of advertising I see because it frustrates me when an advertisement intrupts me when I'm enjoying a video that I'm watching.
I remember the first time I saw that ad, my first thought was “oh brother, here’s another kid doing a fan made trailer”, thanks for doing your good deed and informing the community about this
This is scummy. But it looks alright tbh, I know it’s fake but modern mods can really make a game look amazing
I keep seeing that stupid ad! Thank god I am not the only one who keeps seeing the fake GTA 6 ad. I am also glad that someone has addressed it
There are also these types of ads that take a clip of gta V and add some cheap fake touch controls like gta v is on play store for free
My first thought when I saw this was "how does RUclips let this stay up?"
RUclips doesn't have time for taking care of scams like that they are too busy with annoying RUclipsrs with copyright claims
Unbelievable. Thank you for the heads up.
The Diner north of Fort Zancudo is called Hooky's I believe. It is either run by or a popular hangout spot for the Lost
Any real GTA player like u for example could point out areas from GTA V in the trailer, Rockstar needs to take action with this
Considering they put rockstars name on the trailer for this scam, they could definitely be in some major legal trouble in the future.
Let's not forget Ferrari is not an in-universe car manufacturer in the GTA Universe.
The first website is in Thai language. "Kru" means teacher so the website means a station for teachers.
Scams are why RUclips needs to bring back the dislike count
I had already realized that it was a scam, and I've seen this AD it not only in your videos but also on youtubers I'm subscribed to who talk about GTA
the images used in that scam ad is need for speed: payback, car mechanic simulator, some real life images and heavy modded gta v.
I'm not surprised. He wasn't even accurate with the city he showcased and he used some nfs payback cutscenes.
glad you did this my friend, RUclips needs to stop being dumb and get their act together.
We need Mutahar on the case!
Hello guys and gals, me mutahar and today we're gonna talk about *hahahaha* a new Grand Theft Auto 6 scam boys
Muta
I didn't know that NFS payback was a part of the GTA universe 😂. Thanks for warning people about this goofy scam
If a gta 6 ad was real it would be taken down by Rockstar then you can talk about it but the ad was so obviously fake. Only listen to Rockstar and not some random youtuber.
That ad would have been the best April Fools joke of the year but its April 9th & there's a Download button
It literally shows different clips of gangs, cartels and some drug development with some guy wearing some sort of hazmat suit.. And what looks like a mafia leader at the end of the ad.. Idk, i just know theres another version of the ad scam of GTA6
The Last one is NFS payback:)
You did a good thing warning people about this. You actually can control what ads appear on your channel. Just login to your Google adsense account and click on blocking controls. I have political and military ads blocked from appearing on my channels and I have specific websites blocked too
I’ve been seeing this and was thinking is it real or fake and even predicted that either TheProfessional or another RUclipsr would make a video addressing the situation
I won't believe any "GTA 6 trailers" because Rockstar isn't gonna soften their stranglehold on GTA 5/Online's throat any time soon.
I got this AD a couple of days and I thought it was a April fools joke
@@WarHog935itchy a delayed April Fools joke
Professional thank you for addressing this it was getting out of hand and cringy for somebody too do this. And spread misinformation.
Hey Professional
I haven’t seen this ad in RUclips but I did saw someone on Reddit posting it, at first I thought the guy was joking but it turned out to be true
That ad has Gran Turismo, watch dogs,Call Of Duty and some other games gameplays
Watch dogs? Where?
@@kadnaz 2:36-2:38
@@ExtremeMan10 imagine still harassing people on RUclips
Later parts are just cut from Car Mechanic and then Need For Speed Payback
They stole and put watch dogs 2 trailer footage and need for speed payback can't fall for that.
The thing is they did this as well as gta 5 on mobile but it was literaly just pc max graphics gta 5 and it's so bad to the point where I think that RUclips only cares if it is harming the twitter fanbase
8:17 That's the Thai language. Methinks the scammer's from somewhere in Southeast Asia?
yes you're right, it's thai language
this is why i'm not excited for GTA 6 for several reasons
- People wont shut up talking about it, i respect you because you only upload news videos on games when Rockstar Games Releases a trailer or real legitimate news from Rockstar
- The whole vice city thing has been played out what can they do different with the story that's not about drugs or build up a criminal empire........Maybe we are a undercover agent working for the cops or the DEA and we have to track down and bring down a drug racketing operation or a kingpin
- People ruining the hype for GTA 6
1:49 That ad seems similar, but that's not the ad I saw. False advertising, and misinformation.
Certain clickbaiters are known for that
These sets are absolutely incredible! It's insane how far TheProfessional has come!
Bless you for calling out the scam. Still, it's 2022 how are people still falling for these scams?!
Y'all are the reason aliens won't talk to us
Wow thank god for this video! I believed that Rockstar had released GTA 6 and was looking forward to playing it!
People want GTA 6 so bad, they're willing to get scammed for it. That's sad, Rockstar.
2 Things RUclips Is Evil
1.Remove Dislike Button
2.Make Cringe And Fake Ad
Search Susan Wojicki is ruining RUclips documentary
4:29 that guy with the 2 aks he’s from a watch dogs 2 trailer I remember him cause he looks like the street gang you get revenge on that looks like ms 13

is funny how the trailer not only shows gta 5 modded with 4k resolution, i also noticed how they used clips from need for speed payback, one with tyler getting up after his house blew up and the other that is the police stopping while a rig is driving away. when showing the city some clips are either from watch dogs, battlefield or some concept from a unknown game. However im gonna feel bad for those people thinking the new GTA will have licensed cars and it wont.
Not falling for it but thanks for saving those who would've
Nah, those who are dumb enough to fall for it deserve what they get tbh
The cargo jump scene in 7:45-7:46 is taken from PAYDAY 2: The Point Break Heists Trailer.
