I bought 2 collector's editions before I realized most of them are scams. And if they're cool, they're always sold out before they're even in store.
the MW2 collectors edition goggles was so cool. BO2 RC XD was so cheap 😂

Ghost of Tsushima had a pretty great one. $160 for a replica samurai war mask, cloth map, silk wrap, as well as the digital collectibles from previous editions. Good price and good value.

The only collectors editions I've ever bought, were used. With the exception of two games, where the Collectors Edition was really cheap.

I got the special edition of assassains creed 3 with connor as the main assassin and it great.
