I was 16 when I caught the second season locked up. After I went on a crime spree and didn't watch season 3 to 5 because I was out stealing on an island in the Caribbean, doing cocaine of course, it was the 80s.

Love how after Crockett tells him "I think you did it and I think you're going to jail..." the way he shoves him toward the cops behind them and Charlie stumbles LOL
Except for the fact that Glide made Crockett as a cop almost immediately when he first showed up at his party and had to bring up the drug raiding activity of the Miami Vice. Glide was then thinking, "HTH would a two-bit drug dealer like this guy Sonny Burnett know anything about that? He must be be cop." So essentially, Sonny somewhat blew his own cover the moment he made mention of Vice. Glide was on to Sonny from the outset.

Did that man with Tubbs and Crockett died in the explosion in boathouse? Very dark. Notice how Charlie Glide doesn't fire at the end. He knew he'd be nailed if he did.
I wanted to join Law Enforcement like my father and brother in Miami. Thank goodness I did UPS instead. Not fun to be in that business anymore. Very sad % of people hate them more then ever 😞
A whole generation of great actors you never see around nowadays. I'm glad I was in my primes during that decade of golden 80s.
Very true

so funny and no nonsense.
Ned Eisenberg, you did good as an actor. RIP...!
Roger Kessler himself yes indeed. RIP!
I love Miami Vice. It’s such a great show❤️
Too bad they don't make great TV shows like this anymore- I miss the 80's ☹
@@fernandorivera2395 All they produce is recycled garbage tv shows nowadays...sadly
I luv 💗 the way Crockett & Tubbs shove Charlie towards the cops standing next to the police car 🤣
The music from Jan Hammer... perfect.
I agree 100%
Whenever a young person asks about Miami Vice I always steer them to the Yankee Dollar Episode as a good preview of the Series.
Credit Ned Eisenberg, he can really play the slick, slimy characters. Glide is easily one of the sleaziest dealers in this series
Yes he is...
The 80s were great. Miami Vice was the best show on TV
Tubbs and Crockett sure did dry off quick.
There will never be another character like Castillo. He was such a perfect blend of silence and deadly with just a look and his voice.
THE GOLDEN ERA OF POLICE SHOWS
Damn, the first song is very fitting. They knew how to pick them! Even in their later years, they still couldn't do wrong.
Rip Ned Eisenberg
I simply would love to say "Be Happy and finally be free from drugs." 😌💃 for this episode.
Every time you post a video, I wanna go put that episode on and watch 👍👍🌴😎🌴
So much great music in this episode!
Yeah no kidding!!
in the series was some of greatest music used in a T.V show
@@paulchristiansen7014 Agreed. Ever since MV, all TV dramas had to have good music. MV truly set the standard for this.
Ned actually had some nice acting in this scene
Greatest tv show of all time!
I grew up in Miami, and was a teen when this was on the air. Great memories, I wish we could go back to the 80's!

Time delay. Door goes up, set. Door goes down, adiooos. 😂
I remember this episode only wise guy's lives.
Your changing the rules… 😂 great line
No slide for Glide, shutdown cool and easy with barely a glance from Castillo
castillo was a grumpy crotchety twit.
would have been a great scene...and song to start out the episode...and how did Crockett & Tubbs get so crisp dry after taking a dive??
Don probably refused to do the scenes completely wet and PMT followed suit.
When they went to the bar to grab that guy, it could have been an hour or so later?
