@MarisaPeer I have severe social anxiety, can't look people in the eye because I think it's too intimate and I'm so self conscious about it and my sole existence. Please make a video about this.
If you struggle to look people in the eye, look at the point of the nose between their eyes and keep doing that until you feel you can look people in the eye.
I hate when strangers look/stare at me because it feels like an invasion.

i really relate to this woman.❤ her words could be coming from me. Im almost desperate to change, and my husband isnt willing. im "stuck" partly bc he is older and i need to care for him. but he won't agree to move and make a change. Im still young enough to make a difference in the world, but am also looking for what/how to do it.

For some reason, this lady reminds me of Secretary of State Antony Blinken 🤔 In regards to this lady, from this therapy session, I can discern that she has a few issues: she doesn’t communicate with her partner, hence they are emotionally distanced, she’s afraid of change due to the security of her current life, and she’s afraid of rejection, hence staying in an unhappy relationship. She dreams of moving to Europe and staying there, but she feels she has no financial security due to her brother in law making her feel bad every time she loses money or making a bad investment etc, and she feels like she’s too old to be making changes to take a chance or leap forward.
No one offers you singing lessons. You search them. I'm sorry coming from a singer myself you have to work hard at it.
Why doesn't she talk to her husband?
Be glad you didn't adopt the kids. Things happen for a reason!
