HAPPY PRIDE MONTH MY #RainbowFam and #FlawlessFam! I wanted to kick off this month with an LGBT+ video that was comedic yet helpful for some of you! Feel free to start a thread here about your coming out experiences, stories, or nerves! Feel free to share this with an LGBT+ friend or ally if you liked this video! Also, I would love to see some of you recreate your own coming out stories with a fun flair that can make us all feel a bit better about ourselves as for who we truly are... FLAWLESS! ;) We're all in this together! Love ya!
@@lindatruong4663 Yeah, just don’t assume who they are at all or what their future will hold. My mom was watching a tv show and when the teenage girl came out as lesbian, I was like "Same." My mom looked at me and asked me if I was gay and I told her, "To some degree." I explained how I was bi and she was cool with it. A while latter I told her I was pan and, again, she was cool. Then she started saying how we couldn't tell my great-grandmother and her daughter because she thinks their homophobic so I just quietly hide in the closet when I'm at their house (sadly I'm there now 😔). I was lucky that, most, of my family accepted me and my choices of who I fall in love with.
I'm lesbian I've told my mum but she ligitematly laughed and said "good joke" my brother and dad are like "you go out with Henry" Is it bad I hate my family? Ps. Henry is a really annoying kid from my scout group Pss. Most of my dad's side of the family is homophobic soo... Oof

I remember when I first came out to my mom, she was really cool. I remember when I came out to my biological dad, it was different. . . He said I was confused, it was just a phase. Yeah, I was "confused" since I was four years old. I told him that I just like boys, girls, and people who identity themselves as agender, bigender, etc. I just like hearts, not parts.
Here's my coming out story: My parents read my texts that I sent to a friend about how I'm bisexual (well, at the time I was identifying as bi, but then I later realized that I'm pan). She made me feel bad for being gay, and I was stuck in the closet. After that, I began to have depression after I was in love with my best friend who is also a girl. After that came the suicidal thoughts, and then I found out that it was really easy to unscrew pencil sharpener blades. And on May 15th, I climbed into a bathtub with a pencil sharpener blade to my wrist. I just wanted all these feelings to stop. I wanted things to end. I agree. I’m a new fan and I just saw Kevin’s channel in my recommended (I watch a lot of LGBTQ+ RUclipsrs), but yes, more people need to make these funny stories.
Hi! I'm 13 and not sharing my name. I came out to my parents. They.. they kicked me out, but, I'm still glad I did it. At least I don't have to live being someone I'm not. My mom said: "What did I do to deserve this torture! Im going to hell, you're going to hell, you're whole family is because we raised you to be this way!" I had the closest relationship with my mom and dad before I came out. My mom sent me to conversion therapy, and after that didn't make me change my mind, that's when they decided: "Oh! If you're not going to cooperate, we'll just kick your ass out!" So, I'm living with my close friend and, I'm happy for the most part! Thanks for reading.
My Birthday, local burger joint. Just finished meal, about to leave: Me: Um, actually guys before we go there’s something really important I have to tell you... (long paise of regrets) Mum: Are you gay?
@Itz Trash thanks I did tell my mum a few days ago but she doesn't understand like she said shed accept me but she still calls me her daughter and uses she/her and it make me feel like crap
When Kevin came to my school he talked about this exact sence during his speech. I love you Kevin, it was so fun meeting you in person (Also I'm someone from the pride club 🌈☺💜)
Aww😭I came out to my mom in the car too and she immediately pulled over and dropped me off outside of the church we were passing and left. The girlscouts had to come save me😭😂
Hey Kevin I know that this comment is late but I just wanted to tell you I came out today to my mom. I told her I was pan asexual and she didn’t know what that meant so I told her I was bi she then kicked me out of the car and said she doesn’t want to go to hell with me but now I talked to my dad about it and it calmed my mom down so it’s all good now. Thanks for all the love and support even though we haven’t met
I was too scared so right before my 19th birthday I texted my mom lmfao. I wasn't scared to tell my stepmom tho, I texted her because she lives several states away and she was super supportive. I still haven't told my dad, I'm waiting til I see him in person but I know he'll be supportive.
My mom had hints that I was gay, se kept asking me stuff like "he's cute don't you think?" Or say "...girlfriend, or boyfriend". I came out to my mom when I was 15. It was on a Sunday where I had to go back to boarding school and she was about to head out for work. I stopped her to say I had to tell her something, she obviously had no time for this 😂 It took me a while but I eventually told her I'm Bi (to make it more easier to accept). She had a look that told me she had no time for this😆 Three weeks later when she picked me up from boarding school I told her I lied and that I'm actually gay, she took it quite well and started asking the usual questions. I came out to my fam that summer when I went to Germany. It was one hell of a work up trying to get the guts to tell them. I tested the waters before by mentioning gay topics, after hearing their opinions on the topic I was more confident to tell them. Shortly before I left Germany I came out to my friends. My best friend as it turned out was also gay 😂👌
me coming out as bi: texts my mom a painting of the bi flag i did..and some rules like: dont out me her: i am so honored you decided to tell me Me: texts my dad a bisexual aesthetic collage him: are you coming out????? cool. what do you want for dinner
my comeing out was bad my mom always said it would be ok if me or my sis was gay I tould her I was pan and she got mad and my dad for pissed and my school bullys me about it i just you know try to hid my true happyness..
I can understand both sides tbh, but she is a parent. She should know how to control emotions, but be able to vent and support you. You can not understand things, but be there for your kids.
My coming out story (I came out 2 days ago :D) Me: *writes a letter to my mom about my sexuality and gender* Me: *gives my mom the letter* Mom: *reads the letter* Mom: Mom: I will love you no matter what sexuality or gender you are, I just want you to be happy Me: *surprised Pikachu face with tears*
So, I've known I was queer for years and I'm still trying to figure out what label fits me best. I've been going by Bi/ Queer since I came out about 2 months ago when I was in the car with my mom. She all of the sudden said that she identifies as Bisexual and I started crying. I told her I was too and she pulled to the side of the road and hugged me. A month later, I fund myself attending Pride with my school's QSA and my girlfriend. I'm so happy that I currently live in such an amazing and supportive community right now. Happy Pride month everyone❤💛💚💙💜
Kevin, as an ✨ ally ✨ , I found this video very funny. Also very creative idea to tell your coming out story by recreating it. It really helps people sympathise with closeted gay people in a comedic way that doesn't degrade their experience.
My coming out story: I was at school and I guess everyone started to realize that I liked to look at girls a lot. They always bullied me and called me lesbian. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore and I said, *"SO WHAT IF IM LESBIAN!? THERES NOTHING THAT SAYS I CANT LIKE THE SAME GENDER!"* After a few months I kept on having feelings for men and women. And it was hard for me to decide which one I liked. So I looked it up and found out I was bisexual. I've had boyfriends and girlfriends. And I have no shame.
My grandparents always said that whoever married me would be a very lucky man. Now that my grandad recently died, I regret not telling him I’m bisexual. It doesn’t matter who you ARE, who you LOVE or the way you express yourself. YOU are YOU! Love yourself for who you are, love others for who they are.

I agree. I’m a new fan and I just saw Kevin’s channel in my recommended (I watch a lot of LGBTQ+ RUclipsrs), but yes, more people need to make these funny stories.

"the dark side, or should I say, The rainbow side" DED

Just Human Hehe glad you liked it :)

"how does my makeup look, sweetie?"
*"not as good as kevins."
how right she is.
I can understand both sides tbh, but she is a parent. She should know how to control emotions, but be able to vent and support you. You can not understand things, but be there for your kids.
"The dark side or should I say the rainbow side" 😂😂😂🤧 I LOVE THIS
this is like the best video of pride month
Boi Aw yay! :)

Me: *surprised Pikachu face with tears*
So, I've known I was queer for years and I'm still trying to figure out what label fits me best. I've been going by Bi/ Queer since I came out about 2 months ago when I was in the car with my mom. She all of the sudden said that she identifies as Bisexual and I started crying. I told her I was too and she pulled to the side of the road and hugged me. A month later, I fund myself attending Pride with my school's QSA and my girlfriend. I'm so happy that I currently live in such an amazing and supportive community right now. Happy Pride month everyone❤💛💚💙💜
Ya you to,I'm gay and did you say your Bi?Also did you say you're "Queer"?
HashBrowny BrownE Yeah, Queer is an umbrella term for lots if identities and I use them both
Cassi Leigh I'm bisexual so feel free to go by whatever you want to or just say screw labels and say everyone is equal in their own way
Internet Ghost Thanks, you too. Don't let anyone get you down. At the end of the day, we're all human so screw the haters and just be you
Cassi Leigh :) :) 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈❤️💛💚💙💜
Kevin, as an ✨ ally ✨ , I found this video very funny. Also very creative idea to tell your coming out story by recreating it. It really helps people sympathise with closeted gay people in a comedic way that doesn't degrade their experience.
My coming out story:
I was at school and I guess everyone started to realize that I liked to look at girls a lot. They always bullied me and called me lesbian. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore and I said,
*"SO WHAT IF IM LESBIAN!? THERES NOTHING THAT SAYS I CANT LIKE THE SAME GENDER!"*
After a few months I kept on having feelings for men and women. And it was hard for me to decide which one I liked. So I looked it up and found out I was bisexual.
I've had boyfriends and girlfriends. And I have no shame.
OMG! I don’t believe u had a RUclips channel!I WATCH YOUR VIDS ON INSTAGRAM!
“Did somebody online change you to the dark side or should I say the rainbow side” I died
The song the mum plays at the start I LOVE THE SONG XD
I really do though
My grandparents always said that whoever married me would be a very lucky man. Now that my grandad recently died, I regret not telling him I’m bisexual. It doesn’t matter who you ARE, who you LOVE or the way you express yourself. YOU are YOU! Love yourself for who you are, love others for who they are.
You made light of a difficult situation! This was wonderful. I’m sorry for you not having more supportive parents
