With pikmin 4 having the return of the waterwraith and the introduction of the foolix I'm quite puzzled of what the hell happened to the plasm wraith (i'm going with the assumption that the game is indeed a sequel to 3 instead of a alternate pikmin 2) Because the foolix is basically just goolix, but orange and with a different core Did the plasm wraith devolve? Did it have offspring? Is the foolix an entirely new umibozu or is it a separate being altogether? It's name seems to sugest that it could be a mimic species or maybe a defeated form of the goolix family
Pikmin 4 will do that job. Hey Pikmin is way too late in the 3DS's life cycle to make any meaningful sales impact, thus far the only region where it is doing very well SEEMS to be Japan. Pikmin 4, if on the Switch and interesting enough, will sell itself. I feel like Pikmin 3 was fully capable of that job but was limited by the Wii U's install base. If Pikmin 4 is exciting or interesting enough, by being a mainline new game on a successful piece of hardware (for the first time), it will do well. Hey Pikmin seems to be selling mainly to series fans, which is perfectly fine but not going to change sales of Pikmin 4.
It being a second umibozu seems more plausible since it's weaker and in a different planet, the original one shouldn't be able to escape it's planet otherwise the Kopaites and Olimar wouldn't have escaped when it clearly regained it's full strength at the end of Pikmin 3. Though Olimar needs to have REALLY bad luck to stumble upon every umibozu in the universe…
Maybe all the gelatinous blob monsters in pikmin are all members of a extraterrestrial species that only wants to destroy everything. (Something like the shroobs from Mario)
Insert unfunny Joke here Waiiiit... Someone else remembers and cares about them? That *is* an interesting idea This *could* mean that their Universe could be a parallel universe of Mario’s and the Shroobs are much less organised and mushroomy, instead being gooey
Insert unfunny Joke here maybe they are part of the wrath family because in pikmin 2 the water wrath body was in another dimension and in pikmin 3 the plasm wrath couldn't die. So maybe there another wrath like a parasitic wrath or something.
What if the whole meteor never landed on pnf404. Instead a small piece got sent flying through space crashing onto this planet allowing the umibozu to have a hold on both planets and further plot olimar's demise. That's y the plasm wraith wasn't truly invincible, it's still incomplete.
Ooooh, I got to see myself in the Video! Regardless, Louie is actually mentioned a few times in the logs so this at least is after 2. Aside from that, this new world that Olimar is on could possibly be of the Umibozu's creation. The Umibozu was capable of making monsters in the 3rd game. If we assume this is after the 3rd game, then we can say that it has reached a much stronger form, capable of creating so many hazards for Olimar. The Umibozu could possibly even taking Olimar's fears and capitalizing on it by turning them into larger versions. Like the Blowhog, Emperor Bulblax, and possibly the Bulborb. The Umibozu would clearly want Olimar to know that there is something to fear, which is why there are thorned vines of the Berserk Leech Hydroe just around. As for the fight itself, it attempts to capitalize on something entirely new, throwing something completely new and different at Olimar. The Hydroe/Umibozu held onto the ship part, knowing it was important and would keep Olimar there. As soon as it lost it, it felt immediate defeat and had given up, especially after Olimar could take down its greatest creation. That's just my theory.
What if it was the umibozu who was trying to contact Olimar? Some say that it made the planet. What if it made all of this in Olimar's mind to try and lure him back to the planet, it being so nice there, with almost no danger anymore??? It would make sense that the umibozu would try to keep him in this day dream. Who knows, it could be that this is what Olimar was dreaming while the umibozu was watching him in game three! Now there is something to think about!
My theory on why the planet looks so much like PNF-404 and shares similar species, is that it reflects our real world and probable future: Earth becomes either inhabitable or extremely un-preferred. I believe that PNF-404 is Earth and that this new planet is, as you said yourself, Earth 2/New Earth. This not only explains the scenery but also the wildlife and the Pikmin. Now as for the Leech Hydro, I think it's not the Oumibozu, just an evolved form of a parasite. Nothing too groundbreaking. For where this game takes place in time, I believe that this takes place AFTER Pikmin 4. This would fix the Louie problem, as well as give them time to explain the origins of the SS Dolphin II and the jetpack. And finally, I think the White and Purple Pikmin being in the Onion is just a teaser for Pikmin 4, as if they were going to introduce something like that it would kinda be a waste if they were to show that off in a spin-off game on a handheld approaching it's end.
Hey, a few years late. But the onion in Hey Pikmin has white and purple in it, despite them not appearing in the game. Therefore, meaning they have their own confirmed onions.
@@aRandomwacko I'd love that, but I'm calling it right now we're probably going to have two new Pikmin types, and not get to use rocks, winged, purple, and white Pikmin in the main story. Nintendo (and the Pikmin games especially) like to repeat themselves a lot... ...that and having more than all 7 pikmin types, plus another 2 new ones (in other words, 9) would not divide easily with 100. The only way they could make that work is if they had 3 new types and had 10...
Hear is one theory I have though of. The Umibozu may have power but it would be pointless to blindly search the stars without some idea of where to go so it borrowed the concept of scouting out planets from the Koppans and is searching where to find Olimar.
Did the game specifically link Louie to the falling object at the end of Pikmin 3? I was under the impression that he either escaped before the ship took off, or stayed behind on purpose, but maybe I missed something. To me, the game was more likely setting up for someone entirely new.
I assumed it was just teasing for a possible future game, or alternatively just leaving it open to let the players know that there's always gonna be more adventures (whether or not they ever made another game).
In pikmin 3 Olimar got into that gold box thing. part of the Wraith whas inside Olimar when he got saved by the Hocotates. When he crashed into the new planet, the umibozu got out of Olimar to become stronger (maybe he can only evolve with Oxegen.) It develops to the not that strong form at the end of Hey pikmin.
And it only appears (twice) in one level; Echo Caverns (3-B). Echo Cavern has a huge emphasis on Bomb Rocks. The enemy itself resembles the Water Wraith, except purple, more solid and looks like a hermit crab, complete with stone shell. It's Log Entry mentions Louie, as well.
Maybe while going through space it lost most of its parts from maybe leaving/entering the atmosphere and from meteors Or It created a meteor that olimar has potential to crash in to and in that meteor there's a small bit inside it Or it made multiple meteors then the rest of the meteors came down and made more illusions explaining why the objects look like they were created lately and why the bosses are bigger
wait. if pikmin takes place on earth far in the future. WHAT IF THE EVOLUTIONS OF HUMANS ARE NOT KOPPAITES AND HOCOTATIONS BUT HAVE BEEN THE PIKMIN ALL ALONG?!
DAZZ! What if the umibozu got on the planet because one of the asteroid peices got pushed in the other planets direction and that is just part of the original umibozu! Hope u see this!
Also maybe the leech Hydra is a small piece of the meteor olimar hit in pikmin 1 but instead of landing on pnf-404 like the other meteor chunks it landed on that planet, which would explain why it hasn't evolved like the other on pnf-404.
I think Hey! Pikmin is a reboot. It starts the same as Pikmin 1. Olimar's knowledge on the Fiery Blowhog makes no sense regardless of this title's placement in the series, looking at his logs: Pikmin 1: Olimar knows the basics on how it shoots fire Pikmin 2: Olimar has expanded his knowledge and has scientific details on how it works. Hey! Pikmin: Olimar doesn't know how it shoots fire and explains that it took him and his ship awhile to figure out.
The Hey! Pikmin's Fiery Blowhog seems bigger and stronger than the common Fiery Blowhogs Olimar dealt with in Pikmin 1 and 2. Maybe it's biology worked differently than the Pikmin 1 and 2's version, which is why Olimar seemed act like he was dealing with something different when he was examining it.
I kind of hope it isn't a meant to be reboot. They spent a whole of three games building up the Pikmin world and characters, and had an insteresting cliffhanger with the end of Pikmin 3 showing something crashing to the planet's surface. I don't see why they'd want to go back to square one when what they have so far is pretty well done. However, I do hope they keep some of the new enemies introduced in Hey! Pikmin. It'd be awesome to see them all super detailed-looking in Pikmin 4.
My mini theory is that the hydroe is a part of the umibosu, like a minion that's also a part of it. When you defeat plasm wraith it's remains slithers away. it is unknown how he got back to full size before olimar and co. Left the planet. Maybe the plasm wraith didn't regenerate fully and what was left became the hydroe...
Here is my idea for pikmin 3: The Umibozu has become a godlike entity and is threatening to flood PNF-404 and wipe out almost all living things, So Olimar, Alph and Brittany return to the planet and try to bring any living things they can manage to salvage back to their home planets. Instead of killing enemies, they will just weaken them and bring them back so that they don't go extinct. When they try to leave the planet, (because the flood is beginning), the Umibozu strikes and a huge battle against it begins. A more intense version of the chase with the plasm wraith occurs where you need to outrun a large wave and eliminate obstacles in your path. Once the wave crashes down, The Umibozu will begin attacking you from above and throwing down many elemental hazards that you must avoid. After It is done attacking, It will come down to the surface and fight you. You need to weaken it by launching pikmin into it's core whenever it exposes it, and once it is weakened enough it will temporarily subside, giving you a chance to escape back into the ship and go home.
So I just realized something recently about the White and Purple Pikmin. Basically... They were extinct. Completely gone. You can only get them from Candypop buds. The traits of Purple and White Pikmin are 100% survival based. Now I'm positive that they have Onions now simply because of what Olimar did. He literally brought an extinct Species back to life, and with the same training the original 3 got in the first game.
If they add a white onion and add emperor bulblax to the game as a major boss (not the sorry excuse for one like in pikmin 2), how many white pikmin would it take to kill him by poison damage only?
Honestly its a little ridiculous if you think about it... surely there's no way Hey Pikmin is canon to the main timeline, right? Its confirmed to be a different planet that has earth-like qualities and confirmed human life at some point, that ALSO has Pikmin and ALSO has a ton of the same species that appeared on PNF-404... its kinda crazy. That's way too many coincidences to make sense. And if it IS canon, it opens up a whole can of worms. Like, all the human stuff still mostly intact implies humans died off recently... but the enemies and the Pikmin themselves would take hundreds or millions of years to evolve into what they are now, unless they existed at the same time as the humans did, and were brought to the second planet with the humans. And the odds of two separate planets having humans AND those creatures, but having no humans in site implies that SOMETHING happened to wipe out humans on both planets but still leaving the rest of the creatures alone (unless the humans are still alive in Hey Pikmin and we just never run into them... 🤔) There's a lot to take in here...
maybe it was the LITERAL GIANT PIECE OF METAL CRASHING AT FULL SPEED FROM THE SKY that tore it apart and shooting away the pieces and then it got mad after getting so close to final form and then getting set back to step 1 of it’s plan
Hey Dazz, I'm sorry for what i did a couple weeks ago and that i'll awlays watch your videos no matter what. Hope we can earn our friendship back! [p.s. i never stoped watching you pikmin 2 episodes and i loved them!]
I just realized that the onions from pikmin somehow remind me of Tyrannid dropships from warhammer, and taking into acount that they are cannonically spacefaring and have shown up, alongside other creatures they have encountered before, on other planets, and come in many different species and also are created by absorbing biomass into a seperate structure, yeah, pikmin are just friendly Plant-Tyrannids
Actually HEY PIKMIN does fit after pikmin 3 (for example in pikmin 3 where Olimar and Louie were or at least Olimar and Louie were together or saved or MISSION MODE) :D
What if this takes place after pikmin 2 and olimar is back on his usual sceduel and then ya know he gets hit the fuel runs out but it is a different planet but what if its in the same system as Pnf-404?What if humans colonized mars then turn on a time machine but instead of making the person inside go back in time it made the ENTIRE Planet go back in time to the time Mars had and could support life and then fast foward too in between the events of the first two games cus there where more then 5 onions as i recall. An onion went too colonize Mars but so did a fragment of that meteor and we all know what was in that meteor so . . . yeah. But hey thats JUST a theory a GAME THEORY!!Yeah im probably not gonna say that again then again i probably will. Thanks for reading.
I think that Hey Pikmin is a different time line for the rest of the franchise. For instance the time line where you barely manage to get the minimum number of parts. Olimar probably went and got a new ship instead of repaying hocotate freights debt.
Why the new umibosu is small well we took away the plasma wreaths goo that is its body what if does not have enough to survive and so it shrinks to conserve energy just look at it clicks all the pieces are in place it just evolved again I do not have an explanation on why it took the weird form but what I do know that this was just a theory a theory that is most likely going to be ignored or copied and I will see if anyone stole it and report it thanks for reading
But if this is a different planet then why do we solve pikmin? And all those other enemies but just bigger I don’t feel is equip the dance it’s like if we just had a giant octopus is on Mars or giant Rabbits on Jupiter
I think the game takes place between pikmin 2 and 3 because the president isn't in debt again ( at least not until olimars returns at the end of hey! pikimin) and also before the koppites arrive at pnf-404 olimars seem to have a log with the new onions on it. Maybe he encountered the new onions in hey pikmin and made a log on them before heading to pnf-404.
I have this weird memory when I was playing pikmin 3 I found a purple onion but when I used yellow pikmin to get the onion down I could not manage, now I think this was a dream but it feels so real I maybe found a Easter egg but forgot it but it is most likely a dream
So this is only from smash i found it, but in Distant planet stage while i was played i found a green pellet. It wasnt a dream since it is still in my switch photos. It might be a small teaser for pikmin 4. Maybe a grass pikmin?
Goolix...Smokey prog...Water wraith...The titan dweevil...Mysterious life form...Plasm wraith and last but not least... The hydro!!! These are the putty/goo/plasma/blob/water/bacteria foes.
2:55 - idk about that. It may be confirmed, but it still reminds me of the side story: olimar's comeback Edit: 6:58 the only thing that could possibly be... that... is most likely the plasm wraith. Sure, it's friendly to olimar and does not want him to leave... however... you can see it's anger once you not only save olimar but also leave with him. Also, it's obvious that the strange little creature was affected by the converter negatively due to the fact that... well... it's obvious that it tries to fight (or maybe control) olimar himself. Of course, it changes completely when the converter is removed. And now, in pikmin 4, we see , what is presumably, the alternate timeline of olimar losing his life at the hands of either lack of oxygen or another creature. Turning into... that thing. He also finds moss in that same timeline. Some think this is an ordinary alternate timeline game (yes, they exist. Like TLOZ:BOTW and HW:AOC. As well as the alternate timelines of TLOZ including the defeated hero, the adult, and the young timelines.) however, as crazy as this sounds, some believe the plasm wraith is making multiple different timelines all so it can get it's "glittery and gooey head tendrils" on olimar once again. Crazy, yet interesting.
My theory: Hey! Pikmin is simply the pikmin mirror universe. The Hydroe is the mirror version of Goolix/Wraiths/Umibozu. Also, white and purple onions didn't exist in Pikmin 2 because they're extremely fcking overpowered. Purples freeze an enemy as long as you keep throwing them *and* they do more damage, while whites are an instant-kill for most enemies that eat them. Imagine having a squad of 100 of one of those and hundreds more to spare. Just take whites only into a boss and it's a guaranteed win.
I think it's level 2 canon... kinda. The creatures just exist on PNF-404 but all story elements are non-canon. Except, maybe the Hydro thing does exist with the same story purpose!?!?! Or, nothing in this exists in the main pikmin games. Or, it's a dream... why nintendo?
What if this is olimar’s dream when the umibõzo kept on making him fall asleep. What this came before pikmin 2 but after pikmin 1, perhaps olimar used the SS dolphin 2 before and the umibõzo is making dream about this because this was after the pikmin 1 “form”.
What if the blob was from the outside gunk that was from olimar's ship or suit or previous ship? Whichever option, the gunk would have been from PNF 404 probably. It could be remains from the past blobs that combined itself to live again. In Pikmin 3 for example, the plasm wraith was stroking olimar's helmet (and basically consumed him) for quite some time. His suit most likely couldn't be 100% decontaminated, especially because the blobs are a foreign substance that hasn't been studied enough to have a disinfect method. This is what happens when you don't wash your hands, kids. PS: P=planet N=not F=found 404
I've played the game for 5 minutes. What I've played of it was insufferable, it felt like it should've been a Mobile game, not an actual 3DS game. Does it improve from then or what?
While the whole Umiboso theory is cool, I can't seem to completely buy it, while it would make sense for the blobby creatures to all be related, I simply don't see enough evidence for it, Atleast enough that makes it fully coherent.
Another thing about the loui theory (sorry if I misspelled it) maybe this is in a alternate timeline where pikmen 3 + hey! Pikmen take place BEFORE pikmen 2 and loui (sorry if I misspelled it again) does exist but maybe loui hasn't,t joined olimar
My theory is that whatever the goolix/water wraith/plasm wraith is, it must be able to propagate. The thing from hey pikmin is the water wraith’s child.
Under my understanding the plasma wairth is 100% umibozo but upgraded not 1 not 2 not3 but 4 captins being hunted all in ranks 1. Olimar 2. Alph 3. Charlie 4.brittany before people say that's not true I have evidence in pikmin 3 I was messing about and said hey. What if olamer goes in water next second later he's after alph and Charlie. As well as this side text from alph at the start on something on the lines like this this. "It felt felt as if something was pulling them down" as well it says at the end perhaps this wasn't an accident after all
and the umibozo is bubble buddy that explains so much and very evil bubble buddy and if you don’t know who bubble buddy is he’s from spongebob squarepants
Wait. If this is the SS Dolphin II, and the first game had the SS Dolphin, then was the ship in Pikmin 2 the SS Dolphin I.V? Or is the Dolphin II in Hey! Pikmin an upgraded version of the Dolphin II in Pikmin 2? I can't help but notice that the Dolphin II seems to be a union of the Dolphin I and II.
It's possible that the umibozu evolved into a parasitic entity, like the bulbmin, and took over the mind of the final boss, while it's aggression comes from the sparklium
id like to think the umibozu is an omni-present being, and manipulates events for olimar to keep coming back to whatever it currently deems its physical embodiment, and it manipulates events to become more and more powerful each time he escapes
While I'm personally going to consider Hey! Pikmin non-canon until proven otherwise, I definitely would be interested in seeing how it could fit within the same timeline as the other 3 games. As for the Umibozu, perhaps it knows that playing the role of the big, tough enemy doesn't work, so it's opted instead to try a different approach. Maybe the Hydroes are seen by Olimar as docile because the Umibozu is trying to fool him into a sense of safety while it gathers up the strength to reach its final form?
guys i got something, (long text) what if the plasam wraith's husband died and so it went to go look for another person, and at the end of pikmin 3. when (they) escaped, when the plasam wraith waves its (ears?) at you, its like a "come back here!" or "why do you have to leave me??" wave. and i guess the plasam wraith called out its sons and daughters out then sended them all around the galaxy. then you meet one of them here.
I imagine that if the little guy is the original umibozu, it’s just a small piece. It’s not impossible for it to be split up yet still alive, as we see with it slowly gaining it’s strength as the meteor bits fall to the planet. Maybe it just took a piece of itself off to try and get Olimar off world. But I’m not sure it really is an umibozu, as every other depiction is bald or just a rounded off head, but this guy has a little antenna, maybe to hint that this isn’t actually the umibozu and is instead just a blob creature.
Maybe the leech hydroe is the umibozu and maybe it tried to move on from Olimar but then got hit by the ship piece and got mad. Then, when Olimar came, it found out Olimar's ship lost that piece, so he got mad at Olimar. Then, when it came out of the body, notice it jumps straight at Olimar. Then, when the piece came out it was calmer and also scared of Olimar when it had no protection, like with the water wraith.
Maybe the umibozu had taken possession of a piece of animal dna (Assumingly a pikmin related one. Due to the shape and look.) Then it grew into its new form and taken possession of another creature to compromise the fact it has barely any power in its current form.
pikmin 4 idea what if we're forced to stay on the planet during sunset and night While it would be off it is possible and could lead to interesting mechanics Perhaps shelter building and hiding could be a emphasis if we play as Louie then ... he wouldn't have a ship.so... yea just a idea though
Im pretty late to this video, but this is clearly not a different planet. Even if some alien race took some species away from pnf 404 and took them somewhere else, there would not be so many of pnf's creatures. The most likely answer is that the areas we visit in this game are either on secluded islands or deep in the continent. Here, The conditions are different, and the ecosystem has smaller creatures adapted to this area. Because of the lack of competition due to the large amount of small prey here, bulborbs and other species could grow larger to become apex predators
My theory: of course that "Daydream" line so. the umibozu can be the little guy or. this game is after the first game. because even know threes the onion dose not mean its connect because in pikmin 3 oilmar is not a playable character in pikmin 3 only in the bingo and mission mode stages so. the little guy is the mind of the goolix with a little bit of that smile the little guy is born :edit: of coarse the ninth specter is or can be the unibozu
Well my theory starts at pikmin 1 sense the meteor splits into multiple pieces right? Well maybe earth 2 was nearby and a small piece of the meteor landed on earth 2 and sense there are multiple enmities similar to the umibózo maybe just maybe all of them are the same because water isn't solid it can separate so maybe the umibózo is trying to kill olimar in multiple ways while trying to gather back up into one
What if plasm wraith was the final boss in hey pikmin and actually was still attached to olimar and had felt bad for attacking olimar so it ran away since it had become very small it might have been able to find a way to hunt things so it started taking nutrients out of the plants to remake it self
I think that this game is just in a separate universe not planet that is why pikmin can be in more then planet plus the monsters can be so big or... like you said at the end it's just a dream (I like that to)
Pikmin sure does like it's blob enemies...
yep
Bl0b
When playing Pikmin 3 with my dad for the first time a few years ago, we literally called the plasm wraith “Blobo”
And not finishing
BLOB
With pikmin 4 having the return of the waterwraith and the introduction of the foolix
I'm quite puzzled of what the hell happened to the plasm wraith (i'm going with the assumption that the game is indeed a sequel to 3 instead of a alternate pikmin 2)
Because the foolix is basically just goolix, but orange and with a different core
Did the plasm wraith devolve? Did it have offspring? Is the foolix an entirely new umibozu or is it a separate being altogether? It's name seems to sugest that it could be a mimic species or maybe a defeated form of the goolix family
I think all the water and goo creatures are the same species of creature but different forms
I think hey Pikmin is meant to introduce new fans to the pikmin franchise so pikmin 4 will sell better
Samir Al Hindi I stinking knew it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree. Plus it's also a nice filler game for the gap between Pikmin 3 and 4.
DazzReviews I love Hey! Pikmin because it's my first Pikmin game.
i read this as hey! pikachu
I knew someone would say something about the Umibozu
Actualy, the logs mention louie and even the president
A_creator's stuf pikmin is so cool i cant wait for pikmin 4
i know, me to, they did sayd it was near completition
A_creator's stuf I knew Louie, but not president in Hey! Pikmin..
I knew that too
"They said its nearing completion" comment was made 2 years ago this really be a bruh moment
.maybe hey pikmin is a prequel to pikmin 3 and depicts how the plasm wraith grown attached to olimar
Maybe but it is confirmed non cannon
not to ruin your thoughts or anything but it isnt canon to the lore
As of Pikmin 3 Deluxe, this is no longer the case
Maybe all the gelatinous blob monsters in pikmin are all members of a extraterrestrial species that only wants to destroy everything.
(Something like the shroobs from Mario)
Insert unfunny Joke here
Waiiiit...
Someone else remembers and cares about them?
That *is* an interesting idea
This *could* mean that their Universe could be a parallel universe of Mario’s and the Shroobs are much less organised and mushroomy, instead being gooey
Insert unfunny Joke here maybe they are part of the wrath family because in pikmin 2 the water wrath body was in another dimension and in pikmin 3 the plasm wrath couldn't die. So maybe there another wrath like a parasitic wrath or something.
or Dark Matter from Kirby.
I thought the Blobs Were a hive mind of all the humans
What if the whole meteor never landed on pnf404. Instead a small piece got sent flying through space crashing onto this planet allowing the umibozu to have a hold on both planets and further plot olimar's demise. That's y the plasm wraith wasn't truly invincible, it's still incomplete.
That could it be
Ooooh, I got to see myself in the Video!
Nice theory!
Nice
it could be smaller due to burning up most of itself upon entry of a new planet?
That makes plenty of sense!
Maybe it used itself to fire a chunk into space
that doesn't explain the pikmin's sizes though
What if it was the umibozu who was trying to contact Olimar? Some say that it made the planet. What if it made all of this in Olimar's mind to try and lure him back to the planet, it being so nice there, with almost no danger anymore??? It would make sense that the umibozu would try to keep him in this day dream. Who knows, it could be that this is what Olimar was dreaming while the umibozu was watching him in game three! Now there is something to think about!
LOUIE IS MENTIONED ONCE! (read crammed wraith log)
Agreed
Yeah! That could it be!
There were Purple Onions at the end of Pikmin 1, so them actually appearing in 4 is a possibility.
There were three games since Pikmin 1 and we still don't have all the colors shown in the ending.
Lets pray for miyamoto so we could get white (and purple...(since i dont like purple pikmin that much since the are OP)) onions
@@aRandomwacko they may be op but its better than having them as completely useless and just for picking up heavy items
Hey Dazz What About the pikmin (we aren't in PNF-404)
Frank Herrero thats what im wondering
Did the game specifically link Louie to the falling object at the end of Pikmin 3? I was under the impression that he either escaped before the ship took off, or stayed behind on purpose, but maybe I missed something. To me, the game was more likely setting up for someone entirely new.
I assumed it was just teasing for a possible future game, or alternatively just leaving it open to let the players know that there's always gonna be more adventures (whether or not they ever made another game).
In pikmin 3 Olimar got into that gold box thing.
part of the Wraith whas inside Olimar when he got saved by the Hocotates.
When he crashed into the new planet, the umibozu got out of Olimar to become stronger (maybe he can only evolve with Oxegen.)
It develops to the not that strong form at the end of Hey pikmin.
Oxygen*.
*the Koppaites
The Pikmin aren't Illusions because this version of the umibozu does not have enough strength to create illusions because it's only an infant
If it is the umibozu, it could be the space travel that severely weakened it and made it shrink. Space travel is hard.
There's an enemy called the Crammed Wraith.
Wait are you talking obout the world 3 boss?
Maybe while going through space it lost most of its parts from maybe leaving/entering the atmosphere and from meteors
Or
It created a meteor that olimar has potential to crash in to and in that meteor there's a small bit inside it
Or
it made multiple meteors then the rest of the meteors came down and made more illusions explaining why the objects look like they were created lately and why the bosses are bigger
wait. if pikmin takes place on earth far in the future. WHAT IF THE EVOLUTIONS OF HUMANS ARE NOT KOPPAITES AND HOCOTATIONS BUT HAVE BEEN THE PIKMIN ALL ALONG?!
I think i already saw a theory about pikmin being hyper evolved humans
DAZZ! What if the umibozu got on the planet because one of the asteroid peices got pushed in the other planets direction and that is just part of the original umibozu! Hope u see this!
Ryan Lopez nice theory
Also maybe the leech Hydra is a small piece of the meteor olimar hit in pikmin 1 but instead of landing on pnf-404 like the other meteor chunks it landed on that planet, which would explain why it hasn't evolved like the other on pnf-404.
9:25 hey, who’s to say that it wasn’t the whole thing and was only a fragment of it
Maby the umibozu has that other piece of itself on another planet
I think Hey! Pikmin is a reboot.
It starts the same as Pikmin 1.
Olimar's knowledge on the Fiery Blowhog makes no sense regardless of this title's placement in the series, looking at his logs:
Pikmin 1: Olimar knows the basics on how it shoots fire
Pikmin 2: Olimar has expanded his knowledge and has scientific details on how it works.
What about pikmin 3?
@@emperorskulls agreed
@@That_One_Xatu i would like to fight mockiwies and fiery blowlets in pikmin 4
My mini theory is that the hydroe is a part of the umibosu, like a minion that's also a part of it. When you defeat plasm wraith it's remains slithers away. it is unknown how he got back to full size before olimar and co. Left the planet. Maybe the plasm wraith didn't regenerate fully and what was left became the hydroe...
The lore is strong with this franchise
I Think the little guy is a Wraith as in pikmin 2 (water wraith) and in pikmin 3 (plasm wraith) / do you understand my THEORIE.
1:42
*its staring into my soul...*
If they add a white onion and add emperor bulblax to the game as a major boss (not the sorry excuse for one like in pikmin 2), how many white pikmin would it take to kill him by poison damage only?
Maybe millions **grabs white pikmin to protect them** *AND DONT HURT MAH WITE BOIS!!!*
There's a lot to take in here...
I was about to say that it was the bite Louie took out of the water wraith, but it isn't the same planet...
I think this is after Pikmin 4 because the S. S. Dolphin II was seems to be saved since Olimar does have it.
maybe it was the LITERAL GIANT PIECE OF METAL CRASHING AT FULL SPEED FROM THE SKY that tore it apart and shooting away the pieces and then it got mad after getting so close to final form and then getting set back to step 1 of it’s plan
Here's another thing
*how did the onion even head to another planet?*
It NEVER heads out of the planets atmosphere
I have this weird memory when I was playing pikmin 3 I found a purple onion but when I used yellow pikmin to get the onion down I could not manage, now I think this was a dream but it feels so real I maybe found a Easter egg but forgot it but it is most likely a dream
So this is only from smash i found it, but in Distant planet stage while i was played i found a green pellet. It wasnt a dream since it is still in my switch photos. It might be a small teaser for pikmin 4. Maybe a grass pikmin?
The green pellet might be a visual glitch
A golden chicken wing is a great way to describe the Plasm Wraith
hey pikmin is after pikmin 2 and before pikmin3
He was dreaming this game. meanwhile he was un awake in pikmin 3.(mind blow)
I think oilmar was going to find louie
I have another theory but about the pikmin, what if the reason why we see them on a different planet is because they flew there in there onion
I thought of that once
Because pikmin live in different countrys and thisnplace didn't look same because olimar got on a difrent place than every pikmin series
That’s the hydroe something
Goolix...Smokey prog...Water wraith...The titan dweevil...Mysterious life form...Plasm wraith and last but not least... The hydro!!! These are the putty/goo/plasma/blob/water/bacteria foes.
1:46 Me and my friend going to ask my mom if he can sleep over.
2:55 - idk about that. It may be confirmed, but it still reminds me of the side story: olimar's comeback
Edit: 6:58 the only thing that could possibly be... that... is most likely the plasm wraith.
SPOILER ALART! PIKMIN 3 DELEXE ENDING!
The object that fell out of the sky was olimar and loud in the mode called olimar's comeback.
Maybe this game takes place before Pikmin 1in an alternate universe (which explains the dolphin). And the hydra is before the Goolix.
I Believe Pikmin Were Actually The People Of The Planet. That One Connection Is The Bad Ending Of Pikmin 1.
PS:
P=planet
N=not

404
Umibozu can shapeship into anything like hydra
9:00
All other forms have a tendency to start running away
id like to think the umibozu is an omni-present being, and manipulates events for olimar to keep coming back to whatever it currently deems its physical embodiment, and it manipulates events to become more and more powerful each time he escapes
Maybe the Hydroes are seen by Olimar as docile because the Umibozu is trying to fool him into a sense of safety while it gathers up the strength to reach its final form?
guys i got something, (long text) what if the plasam wraith's husband died and so it went to go look for another person, and at the end of
pikmin 3. when (they) escaped, when the plasam wraith waves its (ears?) at you, its like a "come back here!" or "why do you have to leave me??" wave. and i guess the plasam wraith called out its sons and daughters out then sended them all around the
galaxy. then you meet one of them here.
Maybe the Umibozu launched a smaller copy of itself to the other planet because it did not want to leave pnf404 because olimar might come back
I imagine that if the little guy is the original umibozu, it’s just a small piece.
Maybe the two orbs in the Goolix are what transformed into both of the Umibozus? (Sorry, I don't know how to spell them)
pikmin 4 idea what if we're forced to stay on the planet during sunset and night
While it would be off it is possible and could lead to interesting mechanics
Perhaps shelter building and hiding could be a emphasis if we play as Louie then ... he wouldn't have a ship.so... yea just a idea though
It's fun to think that Hey! Pikmin was just a dream.
Surely a fate worthy of such an abstract break from the norm.
Umibozu is like a water monster right? what if Leech Hydroe is just a drop from the original sent to pursue olimar off planet
Due to this pnf 404 has evolved into a new landscape
The white purple and bulbmin are in only underground
Well my theory starts at pikmin 1 sense the meteor splits into multiple pieces right? Well maybe earth 2 was nearby and a small piece of the meteor landed on earth 2 and sense there are multiple enmities similar to the umibózo maybe just maybe all of them are the same because water isn't solid it can separate so maybe the umibózo is trying to kill olimar in multiple ways while trying to gather back up into one
AT 2:19 I SAW PURPLE ON DA ONION!... I REALY wanted to help with dat
3:39 Actually, Louie is mentioned in Crammed Wraith's log
What if plasm wraith was the final boss in hey pikmin and actually was still attached to olimar and had felt bad for attacking olimar so it ran away since it had become very small it might have been able to find a way to hunt things so it started taking nutrients out of the plants to remake it self
I think that this game is just in a separate universe not planet that is why pikmin can be in more then planet plus the monsters can be so big or... like you said at the end it's just a dream (I like that to)
I think it *is* the Umibōzu, it just didn’t have time to get ready for Olimar
If olimar is still being chased then he must get Louie because he knows how to invest himself into the titan dweevils brain!!!
the thing that is on the video image is a leach hydro. the less powerful form of the berserk leach hydro.
