    I made this the other day and even my pickiest kiddo was licking his plate asking for more. Going to make it again today. Thanks. This was light and easy to make. I appreciate those recipes after a long day of work.

    Loved how you gave instructions on what to do if you break your sauce!! Sometimes things get forgotten about... haha. You always think of everything Beth!

    We made this tonight 🙂 Best. Dinner. Ever.
    The salmon was juicy and crispy and the beurre blanc sauce was absolutely delicious. No wonder your guests loved it ☺️

    I made this to the letter tonight, except I used the vegetti device vs the peeler. It was absolutely fabulous and I am already looking forward to having it again. Thanks Beth!

    What a great summery recipe. I love the wisk you use in the video - what is it? It’s narrower and would be perfect for dressing and sauces

      Oh sure do you mean the little whisk? If so yes it's great! I got it years ago at a Kitchen store but I've also seen them on Amazon under Mini Whisk :) and yes perfect for sauces and salad dressings!

    Love those veggie nests and letting the salmon rest on them after coming off the pan might be enough to cook some of the rawness out of them.

      Oh no it's SO good! But if you are concerned you really could use any fish like halibut or cod would be great too!

      I used 1/4 cup of a veggie stock (or chicken) and a 1.5 teaspoon of lemon juice to replace the white wine! Tasted amazing

      hmmm maybe a little half and half combo of chicken broth and lemon juice? I can't say I've personally tried this, but that's where I'd start :) . If you try it let me know how it goes? :)

    For the veggie nests- do you use the hole zucchini (including the middle seedy parts) or just the outside until you hit seeds and throw away the core?

      I use it until the seedy part appears and then I slice it into half moons and pop the remaining veggies into this soup :) ruclips.net/video/y3Pcp75oB74/видео.html or a stir fry!

    BUTTER IS GOOD FOR YOU
    especially grassfed butter, which contains vitamin K2 which protects you from calcification of the arteries

    The kids liked it, but me and daddy loved it! The sauce is fragile, it started breaking soon after I started plating. I need to move faster next time.

      Oh, and my husband and I ate some of the shallots and parsley that get removed from the sauce - yummy!

      Oh sure some people eat it with chicken too :) Maybe just swap out the parsley for fresh tarragon :) Also great that way!

      Ahh! Are you from Sweden? :) We had great Swedish friends that used to host these big Santa Lucia Parties and they always served Glogg! Such fun memories :)
