I made this the other day and even my pickiest kiddo was licking his plate asking for more. Going to make it again today. Thanks. This was light and easy to make. I appreciate those recipes after a long day of work.
Loved how you gave instructions on what to do if you break your sauce!! Sometimes things get forgotten about... haha. You always think of everything Beth!
We made this tonight 🙂 Best. Dinner. Ever. The salmon was juicy and crispy and the beurre blanc sauce was absolutely delicious. No wonder your guests loved it ☺️
I made this to the letter tonight, except I used the vegetti device vs the peeler. It was absolutely fabulous and I am already looking forward to having it again. Thanks Beth!
Hi Beth, I love the presentation of this dish, so beautiful. If you ever have a recipe for a Spanish Tortilla, please share. I have always had good luck with your techniques and recipes. Thanks again!
Oh sure do you mean the little whisk? If so yes it's great! I got it years ago at a Kitchen store but I've also seen them on Amazon under Mini Whisk :) and yes perfect for sauces and salad dressings!
😂 I had to stop watching, my box isn’t here as yet and I love to watch the episode about the box when I get the box. So when you said something came in the box and I stopped immediately 😂 😂 🏃🏻♀️ watch this at a later date.
Yes you can find it here on my blog. I use just a regular filet of salmon. All the directions are here:entertainingwithbeth.com/pan-seared-salmon-with-beurre-blanc/
hmmm maybe a little half and half combo of chicken broth and lemon juice? I can't say I've personally tried this, but that's where I'd start :) . If you try it let me know how it goes? :)
Entertaining With Beth I will try that! Sorry for the inconvenience, but I do really appreciate how you don’t have coffee or alcohol in most of your recipes.
I use it until the seedy part appears and then I slice it into half moons and pop the remaining veggies into this soup :) ruclips.net/video/y3Pcp75oB74/видео.html or a stir fry!
Ahh! Are you from Sweden? :) We had great Swedish friends that used to host these big Santa Lucia Parties and they always served Glogg! Such fun memories :)
Entertaining With Beth I'm from the Faroe Islands, a teeny tiny country that belongs to Denmark 🙂 we share a lot of traditions with the other Scandinavian countries ☺️

Ha! So glad that was helpful! :) I find that's what makes us all better cooks, knowing how to fix things when they go wrong :) Ha!
The sauce is excellent!
Fantastic looking dish. I can't wait to try this. So glad I found your channel Beth!
Awe thanks! So glad you found me too! This is a real yummy one! :)

Looove your sweater! :) That Salmon looks amazing, will definitely giving it a try!
I like the pink dots on your shirt. The recipe and the sauce sound delicious too.

Love, love, LOVE, your videos!
Awe thanks Lisa! Truly appreciate the support! :)
Goodness, Beth, you really did see my jaw drop when you said "a 1/2 cup". :) Your reaction was perfect!
LOL! I know it is a jaw-dropping amount of butter! But it is what makes it soooo good! :) Ha!
I can't wait to get my box ! it will the first one i'm so happy
Me too! Let me know what you think! YAY! :)
I live in Paris so it's a little bit longer !
Awe OK it just left this week so hopefully by the end of next week?? :)
Beautiful!
Love it. Thank you 😊
Love that top your wearing! Another amazing vid :)
What a great summery recipe. I love the wisk you use in the video - what is it? It’s narrower and would be perfect for dressing and sauces

Mouthwatering......
Delicious ❤️❤️
Love those veggie nests and letting the salmon rest on them after coming off the pan might be enough to cook some of the rawness out of them.
Yes exactly that’s what happens :)
Beth I am a little hesitant pairing such and oily fish with beurre blanc? What do you think?
Oh no it's SO good! But if you are concerned you really could use any fish like halibut or cod would be great too!
What is a replacement for the white wine? It looks delicious😀❤️❤️
I used 1/4 cup of a veggie stock (or chicken) and a 1.5 teaspoon of lemon juice to replace the white wine! Tasted amazing

HA! No problem, it will be here when you are ready! :) Hope you enjoy!
Have you tried this recipe with other fish before? cod? halibut?
Beurre, not buerre ;) Also, I can't wait to get my box and try the peeler! :)
Apologies! It's still early here! HA! Going to get my second cup of coffee...!
Is there any substitute of the wine?
Is the recipe printed somewhere? What kind of Salmon do you use? 😊
Yes you can find it here on my blog. I use just a regular filet of salmon. All the directions are here:entertainingwithbeth.com/pan-seared-salmon-with-beurre-blanc/
Is there anything we can use to swap out the wine for? Thanks!

Oh sure it’s my pleasure!!
For the veggie nests- do you use the hole zucchini (including the middle seedy parts) or just the outside until you hit seeds and throw away the core?
I use it until the seedy part appears and then I slice it into half moons and pop the remaining veggies into this soup :) ruclips.net/video/y3Pcp75oB74/видео.html or a stir fry!
Karla Horvat . Pls don't ever throw away any raw pcs of veg. U can use it for soups etc...
Entertaining With Beth thank you! 😊
BUTTER IS GOOD FOR YOU
especially grassfed butter, which contains vitamin K2 which protects you from calcification of the arteries
The kids liked it, but me and daddy loved it! The sauce is fragile, it started breaking soon after I started plating. I need to move faster next time.
Oh, and my husband and I ate some of the shallots and parsley that get removed from the sauce - yummy!
Woah, that made my mouth water. What other proteins does the beurre blanc sauce pair with?
Beth, thanks for what you do, have a great weekend!
/RRQ/
Oh sure some people eat it with chicken too :) Maybe just swap out the parsley for fresh tarragon :) Also great that way!
Could I use alcohol-free wine for this? Or would it change the taste too much?
Oh sure you could do that too. No problem! :)
Great, then I can finally use the leftover from when I wanted to make glögg on Christmas 🤶 😊
Ahh! Are you from Sweden? :) We had great Swedish friends that used to host these big Santa Lucia Parties and they always served Glogg! Such fun memories :)

LOL! Isn't it good! I love this recipe too! One of my favorites! So glad you have enjoyed it! :)
