Look very mad at me, I’ve lowkey been hating on aew for a couple years, but this version of mox has got me back into it, I’m very intrigued with this story
Moxley with the shaved head, trimmed facial hair and added muscle is a huge improvement. I kind of wish he would go back to his FCW moveset, he can actually wrestle. But he's adapted this wild 80's brawler style that doesn't fit with the smaller AEW guys like Cassidy or Darby. It also doesn't mesh with ring technicians like Danielson. This isn't Bruiser Brody vs Abdullah the Butcher. Even Terry Funk wrestled classic matches when he would be the champion or wrestle Flair for it. Heavyweight Champion Moxley needs to do things in the ring, not many. Just do about seven to eight things that the crowd will know signals he's in control and closing out the match.
