its nice to hear someone in AEW actual admit there might be some issues instead of just constantly avoiding or lying as if wrestling fans aren't hip to what's going on.
He’s been there the entire time, he’s done nothing. His work is terminally self involved and his character is what a 12 year old high on Mountain Dew thinks is a tough guy. No company has ever reset and it led to good things. See WCW in 2000 and the hogan era in TNA.

WWE completely reset & went in a different direction in 1996-97. WWE reset just a few years ago when HHH took over & have been hugely successful. WCW & ECW both reset when they broke off from the NWA at their respective times. Both companies saw huge success, they eventually folded obviously but regardless they still were successful from changing direction. NJPW reset in the 2010’s & saw great success as well.

Don’t forget the production is being handled by HHH(WWE Goat) and Rock( WWE & Hollywood Goat)
Only things I wouldve changed was Darby returning at Full Gear after Orange Cassidy loses and The Elite being taken down by the Death Riders as a full takeover. That way they can return later on.
They need a direction that moves away from the Bucks, Omega, Hangman, Cassidy, Jack Perry, Daniel Garcia, Danhausen, Darby Allen and all the other Indi clowns that have no clue how to build an entertaining story, which is the most important part of wrestling
The Elite destroyed AEW with their egos, they ran off Cody and Punk because they were jealous and now AEW is suffering. Mox is right. Hopefully he can change things and not be run off too.
If Paul Heyman said this, people would be revelling in him blurring the lines, asking what parts are real or not. But because it's Mox, some of you are shitting on him? Behave. He's consistent in a company of inconsistency. Not utilising his (or the same type of talent) ideas is why AEW is stuck. Daniel Bryan didn't die for this.
It's funny you say that, because I've never thought of him as Stone Cold. I've always thought of him more like Raven or Mick Foley... the guy who wasn't supposed to make it to the top, but gets himself there by proving he will do anything and put himself through physical agony to win a crowd over. Meanwhile... WWE has one guy who is an antihero and does the Stunner and a second guy who talks like a Rock/Austin hybrid, wears a vest to the ring, and is actually a mid carder.
3:31 That is an absolutely terrible mindset to have. EVERYTHING needs to matter. If it doesn't matter, why am I wasting my time watching it? That's an issue I have with WWE. I don't EVER want to have that issue with AEW.
@TheHardys01 You say that, yet the majority of AEW matches involve wrestlers no-selling moves, holds and strikes, referees not enforcing any sort of rules, and the overuse of furniture and weaponry. With Jon Moxley being one of the worst culprits. So, what matters on this show? Seemingly, nothing.
Honestly this is what happens when the inmates run the asylum. I new company like this when you bring in talent from WWE it should have been to show the wrestlers you want to build how to be a true pro. What it takes to be able to market yourself and the product to as many people possible
