I know this comment is late 😅😅 I have tried most of the rebranded Sensah RB groupsets available here in the Philippines eg. Retrospec, Sagmit, Java Decaf etc. Also used Ignite and Empire based on my experience with Sensah I didn't have any problems with them as long as you maintain and set them up properly, as Sir Lorenz mentioned here, the quality is there build and performance. If you're going to compare this to Shimano, of course Shimano will be superior in every way (also used Sora, Tiagra and Ultegra). But for anyone with a tight budget, for people who can't really extend their budgets for Shimano, Sensah is a real bang-for-the-buck groupset. Nothing really broke when I used Sensah, ended up replacing the cogs and chains while the shifters, FD, RD still work like they're new, shifts smoothly, not as smooth as you would with Shimano of course, but if you'll ask me, I would definitely recommend Sensah to anyone who is looking for a budget but quality groupset. Nice video sir keep up the great work! As always ride safe to all! Hope this helps to anyone who has questions about its performance and quality 😊
Sensah Empire user here. Front Derailleur: Sobrang tigas parang mapuputol yung shifter lever.
I have been using a china made group set caliper brakes.. Ignite particularly, its been performing well. It mai not be functioning simultaneously but it still functioning very well. Ang una nasira was he rubber cover.. I have a gravel bike.
Sensah was started by a group of former SRAM engineers. Its a pretty good alternative to big name brands. The only thing I would change would be the FD. You’d get less failure with a 105 FD or run a 1x setup. 😊
@@leandrogiron2957 SRAM had a factory in Guangzhou back in 2013. When it closed and transferred to Kunshan, a group of Chinese engineers separated from the company, from which three companies emerged - Sensah, LTWOO and S-Ride. That’s why the design is very similar to SRAM. Their products are getting better and better and I’m considering using their components on my next build.
Using sensah srx for 2months now on 1300km ride, so far so good!
Ok na ok yung performance, d only drawback for me is the hood.
Old model. 2018 ko pa nabili. Last July 2021 lang nasira right shifter.
So bumili akong bagong sensah replex. Allu na yung barrel shifter. Yung problema nalang niya mabilis mapunit yung hood tsaka malagkit. Mag 1yr naden siya ok paden shifting. Hood nalang talaga problema sa sensah
Based on my experience sa stock ko sa roadbike which is sensah reflex, yung fd hindi na agad nagshift kahit anong tono, yung rd since plastic build, naputol hindi pa ako umaabot ng at least 300km. So ang set up ko right now is Sensah Reflex shifter, shimano claris fd and rd, the Reflex shifter is doing pretty good. This is just my experience using sensah, para sakin if you really value your money go for something na kahit pricey may assurance ka na talagang tatagal.
Finally! Thanks for this introduction sir Lorenz, Waiting for the indepth review of SRX Pro and your personal experience using it for your gravel bike.
So far so good on shifting performance. Tho on 2x setup I'd recommend palitan niyo na agad ng Shimano FD.
Meron nabibiling oval chainring nyan kaso sa Amazon US pa.
In my own experience sir, ganda ng shifting ng Ferrino/srx. Sulit sya pag naka deore casette at shimano chain. ❤️
I was lucky enough to have shimano equiped bikes before the pandemic. But as my parts start to wear out, napipilitan na tayong magpalit ng chinese parts na okay naman.
I bought a Bianchi hybrid that I converted to road bike. I put brand new Sensah sti and Shimano rd and fd that I have stock on hand, they are compatible and the performance is flawless.
Have installed Empire and SRX on my endurance and gravel bikes. Do not have shimano 11 group sets but have 3 bikes with Sora. I find Sensah to have snappy shifting up or down. Also when braking shifter is disabled
Nasira na right lever ng srx ko after 4.5k km, trail and gravel abused. For me sulit pa rin. 🤣
Sir tama ka. Sobrang mahal n ni SHIMANO. Its about time n gumamit ng iba na may quality at looks great din nman. Abangan namin in depth analysis mo sir. God bless u💪🏼
👍 Godbless
I bought the srx pro shifter this week, but apparently there is a 1by12 version na.
I have Sensah Empire 11 speed (3rd gen) and been using it for months already. I'm too slow on giving reviews, but it's a bang for the buck groupset for the price of 5k(sale) for rd,fd+shifters. best paired with ztto slr2 cassette.

Finally! Thanks for this introduction sir Lorenz, Waiting for the indepth review of SRX Pro and your personal experience using it for your gravel bike.
My RD is Sensah SRX po wala naman ako na kita na problem and good naman siya and 8month kona ginagamit.

I agree with you.
