I've had this pre-ordered since June 2019. Sideshow can't send this to me fast enough! Insanely excited to get my first hot toy.
We still probably have 2 months before sideshow ships our 😭
Preordered April 25, 2019 and sideshow still say this month after all the delays so *fingers crossed* for us! :)
I’ve noticed that sideshow get’s them in stock about 1-2 months after they are they in stock at toyswonderland.

I'm so happy with this release.
Hot Toys really proved they listened to us loyal costumers. I personally, think the scale slight silver paint app looks good and would have not liked it fully that way.
Loved how you you implemented your other many Cap figures into this review for a nice comparison and reference as to what we have gotten before.

I love the body proportions on the new caps, it's something I always didn't like about older versions until the civil war concept art toy. Hope they remake the stealth suit from Winter Soldier

Been holding onto my AOU Cap for 5 years now, passed on all the newer versions because they never quite seemed good enough for me. But this? This is definitely the new definitive Cap figure for me. I can’t wait to get mine

I really wish they could have included a sculpt for the "broken arm" from that little scene of him struggling to tighten the shield. But that would be nitpicking, this is a fantastic figure!!!

Nice review, Justin. This is definitely the best Captain America HT I’ve seen yet, love the head sculpt and the broken shield (despite it being plastic). Love to eat it but it’s too expensive for me, I look forward to seeing the new 2012 Cap.

The only cap I have is the age of Ultron version and boy is this one an improvement! The only thing I miss is the AOU version is like 90% cloth for his uniform. Other than that this version is outstanding! Great review Justin!

My local comic book store already had my name for the preorder months ago so I went there yesterday and I picked up the figure. Granted, it took a very long time for it to be available, but the extended wait was worth it for sure. Having said that, the Hot Toys Avengers Endgame Captain America 1/6th scale figure easily has the best Chris Evans likeness to date. Looking at the head sculpt straight ahead and from both sides, it is definitely Chris Evans 100%. This is officially the definitive version of him. There is no doubt about it. The skin texture looks great and it has the appropriate imperfections. I like the subtle stubble that was added. The eyes have a nice sheen to them and they give the figure a sense of life. The interchangeable mouth pieces are a nice inclusion and I like the fact that they are seamless whenever they are swapped out and put into place. However, for as amazing a piece as this is, It would've been nice if the fingernails were painted a different color than the flesh tone. The outfit looks great and I like the texture work and scale work that was done to the upper torso, as well as to the shoulder plates. The outfit has some solid stitch work and tailoring. Articulation is pretty good. Captain America comes with a pretty good amount of accessories. However, I wished that both of Captain America's shields were die cast (normal shield and battle damaged version). At least, they have a fair bit of dirt and griminess to them. I also wished that Mjolnir was die cast as well. It does have some nice carvings regardless. Speaking of accessories, it can be a bit of a pain to try and get Captain America's wrists to fit through the shield's straps. The last that you want to do is break the fragile pieces of plastic that are attached to the straps. Instead, I wised that the shields were attached to Captain America's back via magnet. The display stand compliments the overall piece rather nicely. I like the fact that it's half textured matte and half glossy. Otherwise, thanks as always Justin for another great video. I really appreciate the continued hard work. Keep it up!

Definitive Cap, can’t wait to get it. This is my first Cap though, so idk how to take care of it long term. Any tips Justin? Doesn’t look like it has pleather, but the rubbery suit mesh. I’m just somewhat lost on how to handle/preserve it

Loved this review on Cap. I do agree with you Justin on the silver being put on the chest armor. I think that was unnecessary. Also I for one think doing the shield in plastic was a good idea on Hot Toys part as the die cast one can't easily get scratched and was also heavy for the figure itself to hold as well. I am still waiting on my figure from Sideshow. Hoping I get him sometime next month. As always great review Justin.

I was going to display him in the Endgame pose but, this sculpt is too good to not have on display. I only have the 2012 from actually 2012 Avengers next to him but, that original sculpt was different enough lol. :)

The D23 was a promotional special edition type figure which is why it came with so much stuff that didn't really apply to Cap. He never messed with the Cube, and the staff he had when he was in his old costume. So it made perfect sense he didn't get those in the actual Endgame figure. Wish he'd gotten the lightning effect though.

Just got mine this week. Fantastic figure, HT totally nailed every single part of it. And the Chris Evans' head sculpt, man its absolutely stunning. Easily, one of the best head sculpt HT ever made. But it's kinda tricky though to pull in/out the head.

Hey Justin it’s your pal Riley again. I know I’ve told you my Grandmother collected Hot Toys as well. We preordered this Endgame Captain America figure from Sideshow. Now I have some sad news. My Grandma passed away last week from a heart attack and unfortunately she never got to see it. I’m still waiting on it but she did see this review before she died. I want you to know your videos have stopped me from shedding tears and I am really excited for this new Hot Toys Captain America. Let me know if you’re getting the 2012 Captain America from Avengers Endgame. I think I’ll do a review of mine when it comes in.

Just purchased mine at my local comic books store! Ordered from SS in Jan 2020 and it just never came. Finally was able to cancel it yesterday and just buy in person. After seeing it in person (and to borrow a familiar catch phrase), "it really is... THAT darn good." :D LOVE this figure!
