I believe I’ve said it before, but I’m saying it again. Your depth and breadth of knowledge of the Golden Era is a treasure. I’m cautiously optimistic for what seems like BBW’s strategy to bring back some of the OG scents that are still talked about. Thank you for being our guide to what is a cash grab (in name only) and what is authentic.

I like it better on cold than burning. The spices really come out while burning, it’s a little too much for me. I will try warming to see if that will tone down the spiritless. I think your description of this candle is spot on!

I LOVE this one! As much as Blueberry Maple Pancakes is one of my guilty pleasures when it comes to fragrance (so artificial but I love anything maple), this is the fragrance they should bring back every fall season. I had this going for two hours and it threw so far in my house I went and got 2 more haha
Thank god they are the same!! This candle was my favorite back in fall 2013 i got like 5 of them ugh i looooooved it and it never came back now 10 years later it does i got so darn excited will absolutely buy it again! Now if we could get pumpkin spiced cheesecake or wasabi apple!

I was so happy to see this back and glad it still smells good. I wish Pumpkin Butter would come back too. I enjoy Brittle, but the Butter was better IMO.
My favorite blueberry scent is Slatkin summer berries. Desperately want that one back

I just bought it today so was thrilled to come home to your in-depth review. The sales associate at BBW was certain it’s “the new blueberry maple pancake” and I’m like, “no way,” and we laughed at our very different noses. This will be a perfect scent to burn in September for me. Can’t wait.
Thank you for all your time that obviously went into the in depth video on the re-release of BlueBerry Pumpkin Patch! Wasn't into candles that much back then (especially BBW) so am excited to experience it now. Side Note: Cinnamon Tea sounds delish!!

I didn’t start buying BBW candles until 2014. That’s the year that BlackBerry Bramble Tea came out in the fall. I fell in love with it. That winter at SAS I found a Blueberry Pumpkin Patch, bought it and burned it. Blackberry Bramble Tea and Blueberry Pumpkin Patch were the same candle to my nose. So Blueberry Pumpkin Patch DID come back in 2014 under a different name, but not again until now. I know because I have hoped for it every fall since 2014. Blackberry Tea Leaf was not at all the same as Blackberry Bramble Tea. BBT had the vanilla praline and spices just like BPP. The name made no sense for BBT, because it was BPP.
I need Blueberry Maple Pancakes to come back! I had burnt one and my daughter begged me for the last one that I had and I couldn't say no to her.

Nice Vid Josh. I was burning this one today. I’ve been putting it on in the morning when I have coffee, and it’s like blueberry scones wafting in the air. Think it’s a great AM candle to put on. Also I was smelling it cold while watching your video here, and I’m getting a white pumpkin note that’s in the white pumpkin and oakwood candle from BBW. Have you noticed that at all? It’s that same kinda spicy pumpkin scent to me.

Hi Joshua, I've been meaning to message you recently; I wanted to let you know that Homeworx "Blue Hibiscus Water" is somewhat/+ similar to OG BBW Seaside Escape. BHW isn't an exact dupe, put pretty close neighbors to my nose. I've sworn off soo many HW candles due to low scent & sub-par burn, but BHW has performed well. I've enjoyed & burned thru 2 this summer. Currently, $16.99 on shop; Just wanted to let you know. Maybe you can check it out for "Bring Back" update! ;-))
I feel some reviews on the BBW site are either nose blind or just hating for no reason because this is a strong scent. Im guessing they smoke inside their house and everything smells the same, I always say trust the reviews here and disregard the haters on the BBW site.
This is completely unrelated, but have you had a chance to smell the Cotton Candy candle from Homeworx? I’m really curious to know how it compares to the old B&BW version. I was a broke college student back when that came out, so I couldn’t buy it, but I still think about it all the time 😅
