I need to edit on the form which has been submitted, which could affect in my visuals and found that is not possible and also tried to do in Excel but it wont update the fields in the response. Is there any approach to edit responses and the results possibly impact my power bi visualizations

With this option, the format does appear in flow but the rows are not added.
