Useful video. I am struggling at one point to download everytime I had new responses. Now with Power Automate, things make very easier.

Hi! Thanks for posting. Yes, that is possible, you just need to have the right headers in your excel table to accomodate all of the various fields from your forms.

hii! thanks for the great video! wanted to ask is there any way to generate template based on user choice
    1. user fill up a microsoft form to select which template they want
    2. there is a sharepoint that will locate over 1000 of word templates
    3. based on user choice, the word template will be populated with their information
And the placeholder for all templates is the same
i am facing trouble to handle the dynamicfileschema, it would be great if you can do a vid on this topic! thanks a lot

Hi! Thanks for posting. I can somewhat visualize that flow. I'm working through some other projects atm, but if you can get something started and shared in the PA community we can probably get you the rest of the way. All the best!

Hello! I followed these steps and I was able to create the flow. Nonetheless, the new row I´m getting is not going to the last row but to a random one. Do you know how to fix this?

Hello. I just found your video. Really hoping you can help me. I failed on the first step to link the Form ID. First issue, I am the creator of the form, but for some reason, the system did not detect the form in the list of forms. Secondly, I tried to copy & paste the Form ID (the code after '=' in address bar) into the action box, but the system return with 'Invalid connection, please update your connection to load complete details' notice.

Hello. And what about when response is editted?

    • @jibbsautomations

Hi, this will only add the responses to the table once submitted. If someone wanted to edit their response, they would have to submit the form again.

Found the issue to be the filter on the excel sheet.
