Definitely check it out. It takes a lot of coupons to repair it though. Should not be an issue if you're doing all the side missions

I found it during my first like 4-5 hours into Stalker and put it in my stash, don't have any ammo for it tho lol

No, sir, not that rare. However, this is the first sniper rifle we come across, and many players might easily overlook it in the lesser zone. As for ammo, exploring the “Wild Island” should do the trick.
