    The house looks great but every door seems to be gated or have bars which is not a great sign that it is a safe area. Most likely, it is one of those homes that people don't live year round, just short term stay. I love the camera shot of the large bug at @0:46 😁😝 The half bathroom on the roof top was unique. You don't see that in the USA. Her statement at 4:19 is hysterical, "You just ask some guy to come up with a big bucket of stuff and just rolls it on." The flat roof walls need aluminum capping to prevent water intrusion which is unclear how much rain that area gets. The last bathroom at 11:15 is a hideous color combination (for me anyway).

      You cannot get a mortgage in Mexico because you have no credit history in Mexico. If you are from the United States, there are a few cross-border lenders power off, but those mortgages tend to be fairly expensive. You have to have 2 appraisals, a 700 or better FICO score, Thirty percent to put down, and the interest rates are a bit high. But they do offer up to a 25 or 30 year loan. The high cost is because foreign loans are considered to be a high risk investment.

      Not really mexico is just as expensive. Yes you pay more here in USA but at least their is no roadblocks their is no potholes, there is no 40 cables from one post to the other wooden posrt. Atleast electritians in USA do follow codes. Atleast, there are no extortion fees that you pay. I rather pay extra here in USA. I am not a mexican hater. Mexico is beautiful its the land were my parents come from but let me tell you there is a reason my parents came here. Now you might say "cost of living is better" not really because 1k a month can take you very far away for a Mexican it is very difficult to pull that money. It is cheap for those of you transfering dollars to pesos. The opportunities you have here in America far outweigh Mexico. But remember Mexico is beautiful for those with money 50% of poor mexicans dont think Mexico is pretty

    The camera work is really nauseating. Please research better techniques for shooting without putting the viewer on a "tilt-a-whirl" from the carnival. The panning is much too fast and the camera is not held level. Tough viewing.

      @chasingtheAmericanDream  10 месяцев назад

      Thanks, a couple people mentioned that this specific video was an issue as far as footage and the reason why is because we had some trouble recovering the footage properly, so we had to edit it in the way we had it. The rest of our videos, although not professional, are much better and less nauseating. Please feel free to watch the other videos as well if you like, and if those videos are not up to your standard then you can feel free to skip them and watch someone who has better footage.
