Jonathan I've been praising the Pure for you. Haven't even watched the video to the end yet but I saw your throws with the Opto one. Proud of you man. Edit. I'm also proud of you for picking the one that felt the best for you. That's the right way to do this. Nice going!
Thank you ❤🤘. Yeah I think the keystone felt just a little but more as something I can grab on to bit more then a pure. Think that was the difference that made me go with the keystone. I think 😂

Because of how well done these videos are between disc selections and form, I decided to get all Latitude 64 gear for my first purchase. So psyched for it to arrive so I can start practicing!
I love these disc tryouts that you two do. Please keep it up, and maybe explain the differences in your plastics as well. Which ones are more over stable vs under stable, etc. Also, whoever does the audio/picks your music deserves a bonus. Keep up the great videos!
great choices :) I have the keystone, my husband has the sinus. It is his go to for short baskets of any type. He controls it better than any other disc he owns
I have the same exact throwing putters! For straight/anhyzer shots I have Keystone in moonshine plastic and for hyzer/sidearm i have Sinus in zero medium plastic. And my putting putter is Keystone in zero soft plastic!
Been playing for almost a year and didn't know about the hip placement... good thing I clicked on this video lol. I tend to throw overstable discs straight and the fade left instead of throwing them right to fade straight. Maybe focusing on my hips will help.
The KEYSTONE is my favorite putter too! Its far and above all the rest. I would buy it in a second if it came in the OPTO plastic. Thanks for all the great videos. :)
I didn’t know that I also need a safe zone for my thumb in my life. Thanks Jonathon Congrats on the Birdie as well! Love the videos. Keep ‘em coming please!!
Hands down best Dish Golf content on the ol RUclipss. -Video idea: in teaching people how to play a lot of people have the high or low throwing problem, can we get some tips on how to help them be more consistent??
As a newbie I find this series of videos very helpful and fun to watch. I’d appreciate some tips with the stance/throw/angle for awkward stances on a strong slope, especially side slope. Thanks
That align your body to the initial line of flight tip is straight out of regular golf and is very important IMO. It's something I carried over from the ball to the disc. A great tip I haven't heard very much in DG. Edit: Keystone, Fuse, Diamond - your understable needs below distance driver. All great discs I use regularly.
I signed up for the Trilogy Challenge this coming July and the Lat64 disc is a 170+ Carot Sapphire according to the photo. I replied to a video in this series a while back asking to make the 170+ Carat Sapphire since I threw the 170+ Carat Diamond - looks like they listened to me😁 Jonathan has some power so I would suggest the 170+ Sapphire over the Diamond as it will be slightly less understable. I'd also suggest Opto-X Fuse for the understable midrange.
I have found my putter setup which works wonders. keystone is my all time favorite putter, but I hate it if it is windy pure if it is windy instead of the keystone sinus for my over stable putter and kastaplast berg for tricky aproach on fore hand
Those Ruby's are hard to find, been searching a LONG time for one for my wife. Production needs to crank some out along with those Bolt's! The Opto-X Pure is a little more stable than the Opto or Zero plastic, I use it as my "overstable" putter even though it's probably just stable.
Hood video. Learning to throw the pure totally changed my game. Now a days I just want to throw almost every under 80m with a putter then pick up a midrange and only when need to go far or arround a corner then I pick up a driver. Best thing to learn is to throw putters.
Oh good, you posted a new video! I have a question and maybe you can point me in the right direction. I’ve been wanting to get a bunch of keystones in opto or opto x plastic… but I can’t find anyone that had more than 2. And that was from a place I’d never ordered from before, so I’ve been looking. I’m sure everyone is backed up on the manufacturing side. Any chance you guys have an idea of maybe when they would be available? GREAT DRIVE JONATHAN!
