  • In this video I am going to show you how to make the best chocolate coulant at home, an incredible and very delicate recipe. If you are looking for a beautiful, quick and easy way to make a perfect chocolate coulant, then this recipe is for you. I hope you enjoy it a lot!
    ➖CHOCOLATE COULANT➖
    📝INGREDIENTS:
    🔸Egg 2 pc
    🔸Butter 80 gr
    🔸Flour 30 gr
    🔸Dark chocolate 100 gr
    🔸Salt 1 gr
    🔸Cocoa powder 3 gr
    🔸Sugar 60 gr
    🔥 PREPARATION:
    ▪️1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
    ▪️2. Mix the egg with the sugar.
    ▪️3. Add the melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture.
    ▪️4. Add the flour and cocoa, passing it through a sieve.
    ▪️5. Add a little salt and mix everything well.
    ▪️6. Fill the molds and let them rest for 1 hour.
    ▪️7. Bake the chocolate coulants for 10 minutes at 190ºC - 374ºF
    🔍 TIPS:
    🔹You can bake for 5 minutes, freeze and when you want to eat them, microwave for 30 seconds.
