Dude, i like where this channel is going ! i have been watching this channel growing! love this shit! i'm amazed that you find all this time to do this. Another thing, i hope Jesse gets hes shit together, hes sometimes a little childish. But hes learning little by little, soon or later he feels more comfortable and it will be fine. its good that you added him to the show, gets little of your back, and more entertainment for us. Keep that Shit UP! /CA, bay area - hope to be in UCC
Kind of a new viewer, so maybe you have covered in a previous video, but what is turbo set-up (sizes)? Did you guys go with conventional school of thought on it and go from big to smaller? Are you shooting for real high boost pressure or are you into lower pressure higher volume? What HP are you shooting for? If you haven't covered these points, maybe a video on that (unless your trying not to divulge info)!
two 90s on that after cooler isn't exactly laminar flow but it works ahhaha if you had more room you could of angle the cooler back like 45 degrees then done 1 90 and then just a chunk of hose to the reservoir but still sick build wish I had the money for this 😂
Do You work on any 2nd gen 24v cummins? if so what turbo do you think is the best for a mild built street/light tow truck? Ive got a 2001 6 speedd with a hotrod vp44, 90 horse injectors, quadzilla adrenaline, and a fass 150. Its got a stock turbo so any input size for a big single would be nice.
Quick question man, any particular place you picked up your fuel lines and fittings? I'd like to convert from rubber to the stainless braided as well. It was hard enough finding half in fuel line around here.
if I were looking into a 3rd gen cummins what year do you recommend? Also do you recommend a manual or auto don`t tow much if any at all it is just a small landscape trailer just mainly going to be a daily driven toy
Joshua Burrs I personally like the 03-04, not the HO 04.5-07, the HO are still good but they seem to have a few issues like injectors going and melting pistons, and electrical stuff. as for the transmissions it is really up to you, how far if at all your going to build it, it's purpose and what your most comfortable with. stock autos can't take much power over stock but can get a fairly decent build for 3-4k, the manuals can take more power and with upgraded clutches can take even more but if your building it to high HP you can still snap input shafts on manuals. I have an auto, wanted a 6 speed, but now that I have it built up, the auto works good, my truck would be way slower if it was manual.

Joshua Burrs dodge autos=shit
Joshua Burrs go manual. Better control and easier/cheaper to upgrade by just upgrading the clutch to handle whatever power.
