I just bought some gel inserts for my flats and canvess shoes for the the back of the heel. The peep toe can be painful, too, without a cushion. They are a life savor!

What inserts are you talking about? you seem to be pointing at the inside of the bank of the shoe, but I don't see anything? I know what insoles are, but I don't know what you mean for the back part and the blisters from rubbing or cutting into my skin from being too tight is usually the biggest issue for me, in heels or even flats.
If you have the high part in the middle of you back heel the weight of your body will be on the heel and not the ball of your foot...that's how I pick a heel. I always use inserts if the heels are tooooo high to give it that little comfort and extra lift.

Color removal product only remove UNNATURAL pigments added my a color process. It doesnt actually lighten your hair. So if you have brassy tones on your ends and ashy roots. Color remover will not fix this problem.

Jade van Tonder yes you can. it's based on length, you can have the width stretched, but you need the correct length. most women get their shoes way too big, you should struggle putting them on at first and they should be very uncomfortable, so when they stretch out, they fit perfect.

You can also spray ins8de the shoe and on the bottom of feet and a little on heel and this keeps your shoes from slipping in and out.

you got it way too big. you should never have to use any of this if you buy the correct size.
My feet are a little wide so I couldn't possibly take a smaller size.
