the problem is with how much force you are applying when you are shifting....apply just enough pressure to "crack" an egg instead of trying to s "stomp" a cockroach
if you turn the attachment arm around (flip it) at the transmission side you will then straighten out the shift rod more which will help - as well, yes a common problem!
I can't tell by the video by did you get the replacement shift arm after Aprilia realized their mistake and recalled the bad shift arms? Just trying to see if even the updated ones still have the issue.
@@suh_slow6902 Ah, yea I called my local dealership 4 times and never got an answer on when they can get the new replacement so I just decided to order one myself. AF1 Racing has them in stock and they're not very expensive, took all of 2 minutes to replace.
There is a recall by Aprilia for the shifter for that reason.
What's the recall for and models? I have a 2022 and was never notified
Omg the Slack notification sound in the background right after 1:50, I thought my boss messaged me 😂
lmao sorry
My 2021's don't have this issue. Only affected some 660's.
Thanks a lot, thanks to you we can remediate in time !

Hey! No, this is the "outdated" shifter/arm/joint. When I went to the dealer, all they did was just re-tighten the existing parts, no replacements...!

Thanks bro ...
Meybe you need to check your bike before going on track?
I sure did. but still came off.
That happened to my tuono 660. They fixed it at no cost
Does the shift support make a difference?
You have to differentiate, please. Seems like that with you. Mine has zero problems with it. and many others like that. you shoot too fast dude ;)
I still want one 😂
Buy a Ducati 😂
Is Ducati more reliable? They are both Italians. I do not think it would make so much difference.
Same problem with my bike !!RS 660 2023 . Problems with quick shifting, always goes to neutral. Annoying 😡 AF !!!
