Great video. 2 of my favourite RUclipsrs. Haven't tried brain in any form here however tried Cabeza Tacos, cow brain, when I was traveling around Mexico and while they weren't bad it's that texture and the way it looks I can't get around. Anthony Bourdain did an uncooked variety of it in his Chaing Mai Episode and said it was the best meal he ever had in Thailand.
Yeah it’s funny I actually expected it to be bad and was creating a storyline in my mind around that, but I actually really enjoyed it haha

Pig brain up north was served like a pattie grilled/fried with herb and spices, Pig Brain was actually okay...
So next time we went to our northern thai Sausage and Tom sep restaurant they had Nua Brain... my ex-wife said in advance she not think I will like.. I doubted her...

Hi, can you tell me what social apps are banned in Thailand, I have been informed by someone online that they cannot use their social apps in Bangkok, is this true, apps like Facebook, instagram etc??

I had lambs brains and the hardest thing was trying to get my brain around eating it but it was lovely.
If you want some good foods, you need to ask the local what and where they are preferred to eat that is good to them. An opinion from the Asian local will be the best benchmark on how good the foods is

Is anyone else getting the stop starting glitching on Keis vids? Only seems to happen on his vids so not my internet.....please tell me this isn't edited like this on purpose.
Can you give me a time example it happens in the vid?
Sure, usually at the start of the vids the picture pauses but the audio continues, when they match up again there's no delay between picture and audio but then it will do it again. But it seems to stop after the first few minutes. I use starlink so usually have more than enough speed for any HD quality. It has done it for the past maybe 4-5 releases you have put out. I thought maybe it was some kind of editing style which I found hard to watch it's kinda like it's buffering or something.
Not being negative I like your videos just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue because other videos I watch on RUclips dont seem to do this.

Yep as a treat I imagine it would be. Fried lambs brains have a creamy texture to them also.
