Great review....just downloaded this myself and like it so far. To get the dirtbike, cars and planes etc you have to press m while you are in the map and a pop up will come up where you can choose the elements you want.
I got to admit the graphics look nice but I'm hoping the physics aren't terrible. I recognize some marketplace assets being repurposed. The menu and ui could use some work as it feels more like a game than a sim. Hope that they continue improving on it
i think a sim that uses old assets is perfectly fine, because even if you've seen those assets before, you likely haven't flown through them. go ham imo, get all the assets
Completely new to the land of drones. I got a free one on Temu and while it was fun, I needed way more. Just built my first 5 inch quad. Been practicing on Tryp for a week now. Holy crap, the difference between a drone that only works in angle mode at maybe 10mph and one that goes 90mph in acro mode!. If this sim is anywhere close to how my new physical one will perform...I'm scared of this lil beast.
You should lower your graphics settings, the physics engine works better, with higher frame rate. It is locked to max out at your monitors refresh rate. eg. 144hz=144fps. Also consider to put in your drones measurements, arm lenght, frame lenght etc. I will give you much more realistic results. (and max speeds)
Looks nice. One thing that feels weird to me is how shadows change depending on the drone's position, which feels very unnatural. Can this be changed in the settings somehow?
just put on Godmode on in Liftoff bro.. :) I got Liftoff, uncrashed, drl and tryp. They have something different in all of them, pretty cheap and switching back and forth for variation makes you not get bored as easy maybe? :)
I have a question, would I be able to use this FPV drone simulator in my RUclips music channel? How would I get through to putting this Tryp FPV Drone Simulator in my RUclips music channel?
You can disable prop damage and the simulated battery in Liftoff. Liftoff: overall more fun IMO Tryp: The chases and of course the bigger maps. Tryp has bigger maps but less challenges in comparison to Liftoff. The Liftoff maps are very compact and there are challenges everywhere. What bothers me a lot are the chases. There are two types. Round track and off-road. Round is getting boring fast and off-road last for a short time. The bikes disappear at one point and the car parks in front of a house. The worst are the physics in comparison to Liftoff (and others). It feels like the game has little gravity. It takes ages for the quad to reach the ground.
I have started using this sim, however there is no option to do the car chase stuff, and no clear way of knowing how I complete challenges, can you help?
I keep pushing myself and crash about as often as in the beginning 😂 Yes, sims is the way to go to learn basics and also when learning new tricks. Tryp has impressive maps ans graphics but the physics are not that good. Velocidrone is still closest to the real feel in my opinion.
i have gamming laptop and running 144 hz and still the game lags ive tried everthing and still lags so i dont know whats up maybe in near update they will fix this issue
If you're gonna review a game, at least run it on something that meets the minimum spec suggestion (which is a gtx 1080) lol. Compared to all the garbage thats come out as a "Drone Sim" in recent years, TRYP blows pretty much every other title out of the water. Stunning graphics and intuitive controls along with the record feature and challenges, I don't see how you were able to find anything negative to say about it. The Devs nailed it on this one. This is a must buy for anyone remotely interested in learning to pilot a drone.
Well, I’m sorry I’m not rich enough to afford a super expensive gaming PC. I made do with what I had, which is what a lot of us drone pilots have to do. The physics are far from perfect in this sim and there are some missing features I would like to see as well as bugs. It definitely isn’t perfect.
@@WestonNey Totally feel you man. Waited 4 years for the components prices to be reasonable again. Thanks for the video. Appreciate it. But by the way, what's the spec of your PC in this video?
Do you think I can run TRYP at upper Graphics settings with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.80 GHz 16GB Ram, Geforce GPU 1060 6GB ram . I run Liftoff at max settings like butter. Resolution 2560x1440 @144HZ FPS FPS upper 70's to 130's all settings on "Fantastic" Whatta Ya think...anyone with similar hardware please chime in...Thanks
Don't recommend a product unless it has been fully released and you actually have experience with the product itself. Battlefield 2042 was trash and had a ton of bugs that caused many people to return the game. You can fly FPV, congratulations. That doesn't make you knowledgeable about software. Little boy make a tutorial of something useful if you actually know anything of value. The drone community is so limited. It's just a bunch of well-off people that can afford the gear. Now that the price point is dropping and regular people can get into it, we're about to see all these original pilots go the way of the dinosaur. Think of it like basketball and football. Low cost to entry so there's a ton of competition. Once more people get involved, I see drones changing drastically. FPV pilots think like FPV pilots. Let me put a drone in the hands of a machinist, welder, gear head... and we will show you things you never thought were possible. And we'll improve upon the toy designs.
Who hurt you? Besides, it’s 11 dollars and may help you improve car chasing. This is just a video showing all the aspects of the new sim in its current state. You would rather nobody talk about it?
@@WestonNey 😂 so you’re a beta male on top of it using the “who hurt you” line to avoid logic. Piss off clown. I’ve literally walked the halls of SpaceX and have welded infrastructure projects that keep children like you making video. Appreciate those who create things of societal value chump. Supply chains are disrupted, gas is going up… people like me keep the lights on. When you become useful maybe you’ll get over being hurt.
@@HDTube101 Yikes sounds like a high school kid forgot logic and resorted to bullshit. Jesus Christ I can feel your stupidity. You a democrat? You must be with a dum fuk response like that 😂 Get a job tool.
Don't know what this guy is talking about. Yes drone parts are expensive but giving it to a machinist and welders won't improve on the designs and cost. Drones are machines with limitations in weight and battery capacity. You could build and weld one if you want but it would be X class or 10inch props above. Goodluck at flying like 5inch pilots do.

Thanks! I figured that out near the end of the video. It really is a fun sim!
I just upgraded my graphics card playing it on ultra it is sick definitely worth it the look a feel is heaps better I can't wait for new maps
Bro, which GPU are you using? I'll receive my RTX3080Ti next week, wondering if that would do.
@@AnasSuhaimi I'm already using 3060 and getting around 130-170fps on max

It was nice meeting you today

Seems to be a really cool simulator. Need to try!
On my rig with a RTX3080 and a Ryzen7 5800X3d seems pretty smooth

Imagine playing this in VR...
If you’ve got an FPV headset you can hook it up too
Quand tu es bloqué appuis plusieurs fois sur la lettre T ca te fais monter de quelques mètres au fur et a mesure
hii can you suggest some best budget remote for playing almost all simulators ..
Liftoff and the others cut down on graphics to focus on gameplay
If you have a beefy rig you get both 💪

I use all those sims on the regular, each one has a little something different to offer and I can learn from all of them!
I have an m1 Mac mini, you said you were using the m1 MacBook Pro is that the base model?
I canit figure out how to get the motorbikes etc in the maps to follow
Are all the rate settings and physics as good as velocidrone?
Only BF rates work for now. I find the physics to be slow and floaty. But then, that's my experience with the other sims.
I have a 2017 Macbook Pro and I'm using the lowest possible video settings on the sim, but my frame rate is still awful. Am I doing something wrong?
Other than trying to game on a Mac, no
Nice Unreal 5.1 and FPV had a baby 👊👊👊

tried many sims. DRL and uncrashed is the best for me. the closest to real FPV

The simulator works for Dji FPV Drones ?
Does Tryp fpv support oculus vr?
YT just now recommended this on my homepage. 🤦♂
Very relevant information indeed. Glad it’s finally becoming widespread enough to target the people outside my audience
how does a game like this not have VR support
I have started using this sim, however there is no option to do the car chase stuff, and no clear way of knowing how I complete challenges, can you help?
Press the “M” key on your keyboard. It’ll pull up the map and you can click on the car or motorbike options and it’ll take you there.
Also you can choose race mode in the main menu for challenges
COmpatible with avata 2 and controller3
Can I use an Xbox controller
somehow the view mode was activated from the googles. Does anyone know how to disable it?
