I suffer from depression and it’s hard but it got a lot easier, I see a counselor and one of the example I Can give you to help calm yourself down or remove stress is say all your colors but put them in order from A to Z. You can write them too.

I just started following your channel I was introduced to you by the know for sure podcast when you joined for some episodes. I also recently saw you in Richmond for the live know for sure podcast. You shared these same struggles and feelings and emotions and I just wanted you to kno that you’re not alone. I’ve struggled with some of those same feelings and emotions and occasionally still do and what has worked for me may or may not work for you. I’ve learned to celebrate the small victories and wins. Like you said you got up and made it to the gym 🎉 you had your mango fat burner that u enjoy 🎉 you opened the vending machine and got your supplies for that 🎉 you have so much self awareness 🎉 all of these are wins ! You dropped multiple gems in Richmond at the show and one that will stick with me for life is that it’s not depression it’s disobedience. Brii, i wud like to encourage u in your feeling of being attacked in several areas. When u feel this way, the Lord is promoting u and preparing u for something greater. He's taking u to another level in your life! I completely understand u wanting peace and stability and feeling stuck. I feel the same about my life (for several years). The Lord IS WITH YOU Brii!! Let me first say this i love you when i say you and lous are me in two ppl so when it come to yall i resignate with yall so much. When you was crying everything you said i felt. As a aries we are those ppl who cry when we are frustrated or irritated but we dont like sympathy so we kinda internalize alot of things and suffer in silence. We arent the best at consistency either so dont beat yourself up. What always helps me is i write my thoughts down in a journal so its almost like talking to yourself so finding the words to explain how you are feeling isnt as bad. Also when things dont work out those can be positive also so the time you sat out from the gym could have been God's way of stopping you from pushing yourself to hard and the thing with the memory card could be a lesson for you to now start backing up your clips via computer or flash drive so if anything fails you still got it. You got this another thing about us is we dont sit in our downs to long once we get it out we move on and nothing can stop you mama your great keep going.

The enemy try to attack where he sees his biggest threat. God got you stay PRAYED up and FAST like you said. God trying to tell you something. I was feeling like you and when you was saying it I felt it DEEP IN MY SPIRIT. I pray the breakthrough you are seeking comes sooner then later. Just stay a task. SN its ok to show your highs and lows because you never know who it may help. ❤
I hear you sis and it's already yours.. peace, abundance, stability, you just have to choose it. Just because you can do all these things doesn't mean you should do it all at the same time. Say no more often. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day. These are the things I told myself before I met my fiancé and while we were dating and even now as a Stay at Home Fiancé I still remind myself to choose me. Another thing that helped me (this takes a major mindset shift so i understand if it doesn't resonate with everyone) is to make sure that if I'm sharing my body with a man, I'm not going in my purse anymore, especially if he's able. That helped me a lot with my financial stability. That way I'm able to save my money and invest in my self and my businesses... hope you make it through this tough time, im rooting for you!!! 👏🏾🙌🏾☺️
Edit: i wrote the above message when you were crying in the car (and I was crying with you hunny 😢) but i see you asked about how to get the ring and I think men follow their investments first and foremost, the more he invests in you the more he appreciates you. Men who operate in their divine masculine are generally very simple. They usually know what they want, pay attention to his actions not just his words. I cook once in a blue moon and we have a cleaning service that comes every 2 weeks. I pick up things if the house gets messy and so does he bc we both would do that anyway if we weren't together. We both load the dishwasher and he does most of the laundry. He's significantly older than me and was married before so hes already trained well 😌🤭
Overall, I just set a standard and he abliged bc he wanted me more than i wanted him. I think that's the key, that he loves you more than you love him, especially in the beginning. As a woman our power is in our ability to walk away from that which doesn't serve us. And make sure you keep an air of mystery, like he's solving a puzzle.. im always surprising my man lol 😅 he shouldn't know everything about you.
In my late 20s i decided what I wanted in my husband and in our relationship and I didn't settle for anything else. I got what I wanted and needed and more bc i decided to and you can too sis ✨
This is some of what worked for me but my man is not an Aries lol so idk... its mostly timing, compatibility, having standards and sticking to it, never settle for less. I hope this helps 🤗
Some of the best relationships that I have had was when the guy wanted me more than I wanted him. I was nice, thoughtful & loving but didn't bend over backwards. Especially for someone that didn't do so for me. The didn't work because of warfare, word curses, etc. Things that I didn't know how to battle at the time. I feel like you're a prime example of the current black female zeitgeist in alot of ways. So much pressure and anxiety to keep up with yourself. Daily grinding just to be you. I promise! God please get me off the strongest person list! I feel like so many things keep happening to me back to back! If it’s not me getting sick on and off, it’s dealing with these jobs trying to keep my bills paid on top of being an entrepreneur trying to work so I can invest in myself! The jobs not working out for me, it’s always some BS that comes with it, then when I try to focus on my health and lose weight, I get sick again! I promise I felt everything you said! I’m just trying to find my place in world! I try my best all the time and it’s like it always some obstacle coming to kick me back down! 🥹 I’m currently going though it now!
