The odd thing is that this demo truck was a Lariat, there's no way a Lariat should be missing heated and powered seats, Tremor package or not. I wonder if he got some weird halfway model
I bought my XLT Tremor in Hot pepper red with the inverter, bedliner, cargo management, and the sliding window. Nothing else. $29,620 at Granger Motors in Iowa. That's $3000 under MSRP. That deal is gone but there are good dealers out there. We waited 18 months for it but we got such a deal we had enough left over for a topper. Wait times are catching up. I have been seeing people waiting 3 to 6 months for custom orders and plenty of dealers selling canceled order models for MSRP or for around a few hundred dollars over. You just have to look around and be willing to drive across state lines.
It comes with a sunroof if you want to pay 995 for which I did it comes with the luxury package which gives you heated seats and stirring wheel is extra
2023 silver xlt with heated seats and steering wheel for TTL 32k in SATX bought in 2024. Same lot had 2, 2024 arctic white with the “ tremor” stickers for 37k
I got my 23’ Maverick Tremor with the Lariat Trim, fully loaded with the upgraded stereo, heated seats and steering wheel, the works. Paid right around $43k @ 6.18% interest. Tbh, I got a new job and was talked into it, thinking I needed a nicer vehicle for meeting clients (B2B outside sales). Added a Retrax cover and a spray in bed liner, along with some other small things I’ve added. I love it. Took delivery of it in April of 2023 and it was about a 7 month wait from the day I ordered it.
My Tremor mpg's is similar but I've only got 350 miles on it so far...it might improve once it's drive train is "broken in". I also don't do a lot of "city" driving in rural NV.
@4TheLoveOfGadgets I own both from when the hybrid was the std motor, its great. But now that it cost $1500 more, there is a 2 yr breakeven on fuel savings. If I had to pick one, it would be turbo AWD with 4k tow (my video 8 items in 4k, gives you more resale value). Better passing power, safer in rain & snow, and fun for light off road. For road trips, hwy mpg not much different. Plus the wait is shorter on turbo engine custom builds. Ask any questions on my almost 150 Mav only videos. I hope this helps.
I love the Tremor package but that 2000 pound towing limit just feels too low. A small off-road camping trailer is going to go over that 2000 pounds pretty quickly, or a boat or all kind of off-roady/outdoorsy toys people like to play with.
No tailgate “dampener”? Did you find the tailgate too heavy? Would you need some kind of “cargo assist”? You know to help get cargo from the ground into the bed? My daughter, who has a Maverick, thinks it’s funny how many reviews with grown men complaining about the tailgate. Further note, as far as this review you may be better suited to a minivan.
I got my XLT Tremor at sticker. For a city truck that I daily drive and occasionally do truck things with it’s been perfect, especially considering I got for around $30k.
My Tremor has all the things you mentioned. Heated seats and steering wheel, electronic seats etc., you just need to get the luxury package.

Again, that is part of the Luxury package wich is offered on the XLT and Lariat. @@barrylinkiewich9688

Wow great price! I have an AWD I show on my videos from Park City but the T is next level.
Very true
I'm thinking I'll wait until the summer. I'm seeing rather large inventories of trucks and maybe there will be some incentives or discounts.

After 12 months with my tremor I average 26 mpg. About 50/50 highway city

Thats pretty impressive. Thats what older sedans and small hatchbacks generally get.
If you are buying a Maverick it's only worth $2x,xxx. The 2024 price hikes especially on the Hybrid is insane.
Yes, one of my videos compares fuel cost for AWD vs hybrid. Based on avg combined mpg, it will take 2 years to recover the fuel savings.
Even longer if you have the Tremor.@@fordmaverickmaniac

Ford barely makes any money on these, the dealer does though. They need to cost more to cover the expense of all the recalls😂

Nice little truck but I'd just go with the Ridgeline.
Ridgelines START at $40,000. The Maverick doesn’t even hit that with every option checked.
@@BurnAfter8
True but imo the Ridgeline is still a better truck.
ALL of your complaints were corrected for 2024.

This guy is not very knowledgeable about the product itself.
Rather have the lariat..not the Tremor
This was supposed to be a the cheap vehicle and it is until you buy all the shiny things.
Its in line with the average vehicle price in the US which really isn't so bad. The reliability is the problem

Bidenflation on all new vehicles. The average new vehicle sold price in 2022 was $49500....before taxes and license fees.
The engine bay looks messy and cheap to me. Too many lines, hoses, plastics and exposed areas. I no like.
