Banana Chocolate Muffins

- Chris’s Banana Chocolate Muffins 😋👌🏻
Recipe
3 ripe Bananas
2 large eggs
100g of white sugar
50g natural yoghurt
60ml of vegetable oil
1tsp of vanilla extract
210g of plain flour
50g of porridge oats
2tsp of Baking powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
150g of semisweet chocolate or chocolate of your choice.
Around 50g of chocolate or chocolate chips to go on top
Theres also 1tsp of vanilla extract. I forgot to edit it in to the video. Add it to the liquid
Bake at 210C Conventional oven for 5 minutes then lower to 190C and bake for a further 15 minutes

@@irishbakerabroad I made the no knead rolls, I was chuffed at how they looked before they went into the oven, I sat down to watch Dexter on Netflix and never heard the timer go off over baked no knead rolls. 😂
