But what if it keeps losing the wifi as mine has this problem. After reset it does its work but after 12 or so hours it looses its internet connection. If tried several wifis
I gave up one mine 2 year or 1 year pho and I wanted some music but I didn’t work and I finally sayed let me go to RUclips and I working again thanks man
Thank’s for sharing this, i knew i had to do a factory reset, but i couldn’t find the procedure anywhere. I just followed the steps and my Nest Mni came back to life. Incidentally my device starting acting up then not being able to re connect to wi-fi ever since i had a power failure a home last week. Since my router device has 2 wi-fi bands (2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz) it somehow tried to reconnect to the wrong one. Just saying in case it might be useful to someone else. Have a grat day every one.
None of my Google Nests or any new ones wouldn't connect to my internet, and resetting would not work. All other devices, like phones and tablets, including Alexa, connect. What gives?
That's unfortunate. It worked like a charm for our issue. I guess there are some issues that needs a different solution. As mentioned in the video there is a google Google Nest/Customer service 1 (855) 469-6378

The factory reset is under the mini where you plug in the charger. But I've done this about 3, 4 times and it still won't connect to my wifi
Me too. It’s a piece of crap.
Thank you bright girl
This is a design flaw. They should not be this hard to set back up or reconnect.
Mine doesn’t say it will factory reset. What it my problem!!!
Thanks for quick resolution I am able to reset by following the vedio

Tried this same several time, but unable
Superb tip. I struggled for a long time to understand where to press for resetting. The minimalist design is very misleading on this device.
Glad it helped!

I'm not sure what the cause could be if reset is not working. Perhaps another viewer can help?
