I just processed a coyote pelt for the first time myself. Based on your video instruction I was able to do a half decent job. Outside of some beginner mistakes that I made, leaving it to dry too long before flipping and left a little more grizzle around the head then I should have. your video was excellent and very helpful. Thank you for your teachings! 🍻🇨🇦

Should also hold the knife flat when pushing as well.
Whoever said the curve of the knife should fit your beam was blowing hit air.
You should only push about 2" of flesh at a time,if the knife fits the beam you are pushing 7 plus inches of flesh and that gets you in trouble
