Thank you Greg... for sharing your years of experience and knowledge you have taught me things as well as saved me so much time. God bless you Sir!!! Vortex/ all you guys take care and keep on with the videos thank you very much! I've been trapping for a few years and I finally got the hang of the whole process I believe on most species. I'm up in Canada my stuff gets shipped to you guys every year😉
Taking those burrs out is crucial to good fleshing. I worked as a skinning for a number of years and skinned more animals than I can say, and have seen many messed up from guys stretching them on a fleshing board with burrs, and pop holes in them from the burr lumps! I always completely turned my ears rather than cutting them open how he did, but I did them for taxidermy as well as fur, so I suppose that's the difference.
Awsome video I’m just starting to get into this myself. Wondering on how going about getting a fleshing beam? Can you make one or do you just buy one. Thanks for the video it is amazing information !
Some people claim that it will. I have hunted coyotes for fifty of the years I have been on the planet, and I have never noticed it making any difference.
This guy cutting, has never spoken in a complete sentence, his entire life! 2:00"just like we use, we are not going to..." and the guys say "ok" like they have any idea what he is saying
I’ve watched Greg over the years at conventions. Truly a master. 👍🏻

Thanks for tuning in! If you haven't made a fleshing beam before, we wouldn't recommend it but there are tons of good options on the market!
That was awesome thanks for sharing
We have a lot of Coyotes here in Missouri they come up to my fence line my dogs bark at them there brave
Gentlemen will it deter other coyotes if you put a coyote pelt on your fence? We have an issue with coyotes eating our baby calves
