@ViperSA naturally there would be lynxes and wolves in English forests but they were hunted to extinction. Deers have to be shot by gunmen now because there are too many with no remaining predators. Lynxes would be a positive addition

@@sam_1516 The forest is so small that even the reintroduction of goshawks has met opposition there. Some people think they'll kill poultry and most other small creatures.
