I moved here from Phoenix a year ago and I love it. Small-town vibes but close to the city. Great if you work from home. Plus the city got a grant to revitalize the downtown square so there is a lot of development going on.
I lived here my whole life its going down hill fast city is putting up warehouses an no homes I shop an work south in Ellis county people are nice down there and not rude like here
It’s funny you mentioned chick Fila. My whole point of looking at this video is because my company chick Fila supply is building a distribution center in Hutchins Tx and I’m planning to relocate from our Nashville center to that area
Dude I work at bay center in so cal and they are paying our employees 15k to relocate to that very same supply center in hutchins this is crazy lol I'm really considering the move man California sux I can't even get a house out here for a decent price. I'm seeing 3 and 4 bdrms for 2200 and I'm paying f 2400 for a 3bdrm APARTMENT in Southern cali 😢
I grew up in Lancaster. If you have school aged children you should avoid Lancaster and every city it touches. At one time the diversity was a plus, not anymore. Most respectable people have moved away as South Oak Cliff and all it’s crime moved south of I-20. What used to be family neighborhoods is now basically one step above ghetto. The Police force is predominately African American and they love to violate peoples rights don’t they Officer Underwood? Do what you want but you were warned. Most people moved down to Red Oak or Waxahachie.
