Bought one a couple of months ago. Fairly scarce on my side of Southern Florida...garners a ton of looks. Drives AWESOME and wants to be driven often. Sorry Corvette fans, the Cayman S caught my attention with its looks and got my wallet so I can have one in the garage for daily driving. Spectacular automobile (after driving BMW 3 Coupes since 1984).
I love my new Cayman S PDK! I never feel unsafe in it (even though I may do some unsafe things). The smile factor is HUGE and that exhaust sound is intoxicating! I finally own my dream car and it sure as hell isn't a Corvette! (BTW I'm a 60 year old who's owned a Maserati Coupe, a Viper and a younger model wife) Best car on the planet!
Been a Corvette fan all my life. BUT have owned 4 Porsches...and still own 2 981s (one of which is a 2014 Cayman S). Just go drive every car you "think you want to buy"....then buy the best car for YOU. I don't dig on anyones choice of car...just drive 'em, get 'em out of the garage! Enjoy what you have...respect what others have. Been watching MW since the early 80's on PBS....The BEST!!!
I like the electronic hand brake and use it at all stop lights. It comes off automatically as long as your seatbelt is done up. Anyway.... Nice lid Ben.
Yeah Phil T, but the C7's for the 50 year old who wears dad jeans with his shirt tucked in. The same one who desperately tries to hookup with the 19 yr old Hooter's waitress while his wife's in the bathroom reattaching her fake eyelash.
this is the car for the weird guy in the 90s that would buy a saab instead of a mustang and never shut up about how much faster than a mustang he thinks it is...just buy the c7 its normal and faster ... oh and not named after a stupid lizard

I have a 2014 with the 2.7 it’s quick I love this car it puts a smile on face every time I drive it

Love the c7 but when you run in to corners the cayman s will has huge advantage

I agree with you only on its a bad name...wish Porsche would stick with calling their models the 9 series numbering instead of names
