ABOUT THE GOOD PLACE
From creator Michael Schur (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” “Parks and Recreation” and “Master of None”) comes a unique comedy about what makes a good person. The show follows Eleanor Shellstrop (Kristen Bell, “House of Lies,” “Veronica Mars”), an ordinary woman who enters the afterlife, and thanks to some kind of error, is sent to the Good Place instead of the Bad Place (which is definitely where she belongs). While hiding in plain sight from Good Place Architect Michael (Ted Danson - “Cheers,” “CSI” - in an Emmy Award-nominated performance), she’s determined to shed her old way of living and earn her spot.

Yeah we heard
@@hestonpuckett3866 Good, and?
Name AAAAND we heard. Anythin else?
Jason's so dumb,
1: He did not know that he is making a smart statement
2: He did not know that Tahani was praising him and apologised for it instead
I'm now worried he's a demon in a Jason suit 🤣
Won't that be a twist!
My friend and I were thinking the same!
I was like, "What's up with Jason "?!
I read that the exact same time she said it
Toilet full of broccoli... 😂😂
0:58 I love how Janet has become more and more human throughout the episodes
Isabel Adcock i also noticed that she’s putting up more makeup
She looks at Jason there
and that is because janets get more sophisticated every reboot /nm
@@Spherey Very true. The only one that has been rebooted more than Janet is Derek.
YS AGRD
Tahani: "That was TWO good analogies in a row"
Me: "I count 3 Tahani, there's still the 'Toilet full of broccoli' comment. Yes broccoli is healthy for you, but no way you're eating them if they're in the toilet".
Brent is in no way healthy at all
Who cares about eating healthy when your dead?
I think the way they're trying to describe Brent is in this way: Aside from Brocolli being healthy, it's a type of food that people correlate as gross to eat. So Brent, in this analogy, is gross and disgusting... something/someone you wouldn't even try to touch or poke at. to put it in a toilet makes it something you'd rather throw out and flush down a toilet to be forgotten. Brent is such a disgusting human being to be around that instead of trying to help him, he's worth just throwing out and forgetting but they can't because saving him is essential for them to save the entire human race.
So in this sense, yes, technically Jason had 3 good analogies :)
@@michaeljohna319 Thank You! Well Said 😂✋✌👍
@@GladiusTR He's not just broccoli, he is apparently a 'toilet full of broccoli.'
The fact that we're only halfway through the season and they've already finished the year long experiment tells me that there is a lot more that's going to happen and the results of the experiment with the four new humans isn't going to seem nearly as important by the time we get to the end of this season. It's going to be wild ride, just like season three. I wonder what other twists they have in store.
olandir I was thinking the same thing. What’s gonna come next?
But...there are only 2 episodes left...
42 Cubing There will be 14 episodes, and the last one will be an hour long!
42 Cubing I thought the same. Netflix be trolling us
@the ink demon bendy
Nope! Sadly only 9 episodes. But you are correct, this is episode 7.
It is amazing how intelligent Jason is here. Mabey Michal restoring all of his memories had some extra side effects.
My theory is that Jason ate some of that Glen goo and now Glen is somewhere in Jason's mind I influencing his thoughts
Yeah, he’s hundreds of years older now with a ton of (after) life experience, it makes sense
@@DalePWhyte Jason has shown his "intellect" before, like when he figures out it was the bad place, convinced the judge to try the experiment, figured out Janet was actually Bad Janet, and bringing the demon exploder with him to the bad place.
@@brianedner8125 Yeah but all of that were in the centuries of life
He's a savant.
Season 1: Plot twists here and there, one bigger at the end.

Season 4: Let's fork with the minds of our viewers in every forking episode, why not even multiple times per episode. The don't know any of the shirt that's waiting them!
Very true
I'm sorry, I'm confused. Other than Episodes 1, 4, and 7, there haven't been any twists.
I would buy that shirt.
I’m really excited for the season finale, one of the best TV shows that’s on right now
Excited, but not ready 😭😭😭
I want to see it, but I don’t want it to be over!
Also the last episode of the show
Don't worry, it won't be until Jan, 30th
"With a caboose you can bounce a quarter off of and I know because I've done it!"
Janet's reaction at 0:57 kills me. She's like "Damn girl!"
Naw, she like "And I was that quarter. Goo times."
I just want Eleanor and Chidi together
You Sup honestly, yeah.
Cotton Cake lies
Cotton Cake yes they do omg have you even watched the good place
Cotton Cake they have chemistry. Keep lying to yourself
Jason : High Wisdom, Low Intelligence, above average Charisma
Chidi : High intelligence, Low Wisdom, below average Charisma
Tahani : Above average Charisma, Average Intelligence and Wisdom
Eleanor : Slightly above average everything.
In a nutshell.
What? Chidi and Tahani analysis is incorrect. Chidi is definitely above average wisdom ( he taught these people!) And Tahani is on high Charisma level (that's her trademark!)
@@thisaintmee Although Chidi is teaching people he still doesn't know how to figure out and solve things like Jason does. It's like Jason is the stupidest man on earth, but he solves some problems from his experience, but Chidi? lol That's why Jason has high wisdom but low intelligence, and Chidi has high intelligence but low wisdom. And Tahani doesn't really have high charisma cuz she's not really a...leader type.
@@Uahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh im convinced
Tahani's constant name dropping is also not very charismatic
Tahani is super grating imo and so idk if I'd say she's charismatic exactly
anyone else click on this video expecting to hear Michael & Eleanor's "evil laugh" and end up disappointed? :(
JuanMata that’s a separate highlight
Brent is the OPPOSITE of a box of donuts he’s-
A toilet full of broccoli
Yah, kinda, Brent is...a toilet full of broccoli...!
That exchange gets me 😂😂😂
Fork I love this show and will miss it dearly.
Great how much Jason improved
Tahani to Eleanor, that's now two good analogies in a row, I'm worried he's really a demon in a Jason suit Lol
What if Jason ate/drank some of the goo than Glen turned into, what if Glen is now possessing Jason's body and using that to give good advice on how to best succeed with the experiment.
This show has so many twists that any character suddenly getting smarter or something had me suspicious as fork
Omg that makes sense
No there’s no way for Glenn to know how to act like Jason
@@Hi-uv7nn maybe he's just influencing his thoughts then. Acting like a little voice in Jason's head
Jason has always been smart in a dumb way, though. That's an integral part of his character. Cheapening it with goo would be a disservice to him.
I think it’s just character development
the only thing i expected (bc I never know what they're gonna do next) was that the experiment would end (however it would) by the halfway mark of the season. I have no clue what would follow though.
I'm ready for Chidi and Eleanor, it has always been their story that drives team cockroach
They wouldn’t have tried this earlier. It took us 4 seasons to get to this point.
This show is brilliant.
I think Janet is not Janet, but Judge Gen. She perked her lips when heard you can bounce a quarter off Chidi’s bum, and she said “ I like your energy~~” when Elenor said she must win earlier in the episode. All the behaviors are more judge than Janet.
AH FORK!
Holy crap maybe
Good point. Janet could've been caught trying to break into the obelisk.
OH MY JUDGE!!!!!
The description talks about the 4 of them figuring out how to improve the humans, doesnt mention Janet. Your theory sounds just crazy enough to be real
Jason is very clever at the end
I think he's a demon too lol
Hail Mary, full of grace…
yaay finally one video i came early to
Ted Danson is golden.
i almost cried at the end of the episode it hAd to count :( btw is the next episode on thursday or jan 30th
The next episode is on Thursday, the finale is on Jan 30th i believe
I don't want to wait until then!
@@gurtejsingh2596 ahhh oh noo but its 90 minutes long right
It was actually three analogy that Jason said. 1. The running out the clock 2. The broccoli in a bowl 3. Hail Mary
What I don't get is, why not help Brent? Helping Brent isn't about who Brent is but who the others are. Of course, I would understand Brent not wanting to help if it was it was Simone hanging on to her dear life. That's a given. But the other 3 shouldn't have been a huge ordeal to whether or not to help Brent. Chidi made a great and valid point to why they should of saved Brent and let's me know the other 3 don't even deserve "An Okay Place" I love this forking show! Ya sum of a benches!
You are fortunate
If you have never met a person who has forfeited their "right" to be rescued.
My theory is that Jason has all his points in Luck to make up for his low INT stat, so he kind of ends up being brilliant on accident at times. Like when he figured out it was the Bad Place, or here when he makes a solid metaphor.
You ever think that jason is god in disguise?
The 4 dislikes are from the bad place crew hehehehe
1-877-KARS-4-KIDS. K-A-R-S Kars for Kids!
If he throw one more good analogy there, Janet would probably kick him convincing he's a demon.
YAY
this was so sad
IKK OLD ME
Yay
So are we getting a flashback to Eleanor bouncing that quarter off Chiddi?
WHY YOU TOOK IT OFF NETFLIX !!????!????????
Janet❤
I don’t know what the results of the experiment will be, but I think the finale is honestly going to all come down to Eleanor and the growth that she’s made. Think about how she actually passed the judge’s test to go to the good place, but she chose to not tell the other three. Now, heading up this experiment, sacrificing her love for Chidi and just generally being a much better person is going to be the proof that the judge needs that the point system is flawed and needs to be revamped and that people need to be given second chances.
The 4 people who disliked are going to the bad place
They're already there!
tidbits bench
E
Hey 6th
damn I'm early.
I'm early
Brent was the right choice, except for simone, she was such a bench she rather let him died, like seriously we don't help people because they are good or bad we help them because is morally correct
Okay but as far as she knew helping him could mean she couldn't get away, and expecting her to put her own needs aside for someone who consistently treated her like crap is kind of reenacting the discrimination she dealt with her entire life. Not saying it was morally correct, but it was understandable given her experiences.
Uh, no. Brent was the absolute bench.
He 's been nothing but a bench to everyone since he arrived and he's probably been a bench all his life. Didn't you see the book episode? Or any other episode?
The only moment when he felt sorry was when Chidi said they were in the bad place.
It may be 'not morally correct' but, if Brent wasn't in the whole and he had to save one of the others, do you think he would have done it?
And actually, even if he would have, I don't care. He totally deserves it.
Janet wouldn't have let him 'die' anyway.
@@edna2276 this is not base on what other the person would have done, this is about what you can do... most religions are based on helping everyone despite their actions, everyone deserves a chance, I myself dislike Brent I think there isn't a single rediming quality in him but is not in my hands to choose who dies and who lives
@@theinvisibleme4104 That's a nice and even kind point, but religions are full of lies, hypocrisy and plot holes.
They did something. They gave Brent a chance. Every. Single. Time.
And no, I'm not gonna decide who lives and dies, but Simone was already convinced that it was a scam.
And, as I pointed out, Janet and the others wouldn't have let anything bad happen to him. After all, they are in charge. I know you said that it was about what *you* can do. But, if some powerful 'inmortal' beings can't help them, even if you tried to do your part, chances are that you can't change that.
Bret was probably just too much to stay for. Expecially for Simone.
She did what she could until she couldn't anymore. It's probable that you are looking for a way to see Brent as not as awful as he seems 'even if you don't like him' and desmising all of Simone's patience and good acts.
""Sorry"" if it is too 'Past Eleanor'.
the invisible me Brent is already dead. Tf.
I Love this show!! Cancel it and suffer my personal Janet's wrath!
Jay Bennett they already got approved for this season. Unless someone is an abuser it’s not getting cancelled. This is the last season btw
@@platinum3690 err why stop a great show. I looked forward to this.
@@InsideTraderNancy honestly, because as the crew said, it's got a story to tell and it's about to finish telling it. If they milked the show for more seasons it wouldn't be half as good - they'd run out of ideas, and the last thing anyone wants is for this show to compromise quality for quantity. Every time a writer is able to tell their story to its very end without cancellation or dithering or filler, I rejoice for them. It's probably one of the hardest things to do in the TV industry.
Vote for Andrew Yang
I really hate this show.
Okay, that's your opinion
