As a food delivery driver, I often receive tickets from a private company. While I have won some appeals, others have been rejected. Should I simply ignore the rejections? Thank you for your guidance.

'14 business days' is the max time for 'serving'a notice (via camera) not when a notice is received it in the post.
Should always add on 2 or 3 days to the 14 day relevant period in order to have a valid claim for 'not served within the relevant period'.

If a parking charge notice is received more than 14 days after the supposed parking violation, it can be a legitimate reason to contest the ticket. This timeframe may be extended if there's a delay from the DVLA in responding to the operator's request for the keeper's information.

@y-family - only if it is a 'non tcketed' vehicle. They can serve the keeper a notice of alleged claim for up to 56 days if there is a ticket left on the windscreen (Schedule 4, para 8(4,5) Protection Of Freedom Act 2012) so best to be careful of the 14 day period (para 9(2,5).
