The simplest is, when you park you take the numbers from the car, when you leave you put the numbers

Can you make a video on the moral legitimacy of parking fines? Honestly it feels repressive. I've asked my friends, the first time they got it cried. I don't think that it's uncommon. All I want in my life is to go to work stop at a shop and not feel hassled by anyone. I live in fear of these councils.

The same for me. I don't know where they're hiding this camera here and there! I've never seen a country that target the motorists like in the UK. Today you can park here today, tomorrow you're getting a ticket here. And we pay a lot to drive our car on the land it should be driven on.

I got a parking charge notice in my own driveway, unbelievable!!, It says on the charge that my vehicle was overhanging onto the footpath, but I cannot get it back any further due to the design of the driveway, it's a little over, ( splitting hairs ), but it doesn't cause an obstruction or hazard to pedestrians. Been parking in my driveway for years and all of a sudden it's an issue, it's got to be some jobsworth Havering Council parking attendant, I have appealed it, but if I lose I am not going to be able to park in my own driveway, as they will be around again checking.
All this is is a money making system, I personally call it legalised stealing, it's all very wrong.

I’ve had a fine for parking in my own car park space (allocated to my apartment) because I didn’t show the valid permit in the windscreen.
The afternoon before the fine was issued, I received my first covid jab (proof of this from the NHS) the jab caused me to feel nauseous, tired, out of breath and putting the permit on my car was the last thing on my mind…
    ZZPS keep sending me threatening letters, adding fees to the charge and claiming to take me to court. I’ve fought back stating the car space was my own, I haven’t done anything illegal or criminal. The signage states that parking is allowed by two means;
    1) A valid parking permit (to be visible in windscreen)
    2) pre-authorised vehicles
So why isn’t a system in place to register the cars of the residents whom live in the apartment complex!?
I have lived in the apartment nearly two years before Parking Solutions Ltd have put in the place the parking rules etc and in my tenancy contact is does not state that a permit is needed to use the allocated parking space provided.
Please advise anyone? Am I doing the right thing by sticking to the militant approach? Am I in the wrong?

Notice to Owner is not a Notice to Registered Keeper. In the UK, unless you have successfully establishes free-man-on-the-land status, you do NOT own your vehicle... the state does. So, a Notice to Owner needs to be sent to the British Government, not the poor sod who paid for it, pays the tax, pays the MOT and pays the insurance. The Registered Keeper is just someone who thinks they own their bike, car, van, etc but, in reality, they just pay for it.

Thought council land is managed by council on behalf of the people & therefore they cannot enforce fines or levies unless you agree to them ?

It’s very simple, the road traffic act only applies to anyone if they have signed to say they agree to it (consent of the governed) a man named John ward successfully proved this way back in 2015.
The councils cannot provide this document with your signature, because all 68 million uk residents have never been asked to sign it,
An act only has any force of law if we consent
And this I have proved myself on numerous occasions, and lawyers also are aware of this,a lawyer is another term for a liar, they don’t represent you at a court
They RE present you as your LEGAL fiction
    Prove me wrong !

    Hello Daniel
In June I took my grand children to a beach I've been taking them to for years. There was newly place Resident Parking on the walls of the houses so I parked on the opposite side of the road, next to a wall ( no house).
    I've received a council parking ticket. £35
It wasn't signed by anyone so I gave NOTICE unable to respond.
Now it has gone to WPPP and doubled to £70 and the document they sent me has no name on it and isn't signed either. But they are expecting the receiver of the document to put their name on that and sign it.
I thought under the Bill of Exchange Act 1882 that both parties had to sign if money was changing hands.
    Can you guide me please?

    Hi, good afternoon.
Customer: My question is: is it Lawful for a council issue and enforce a PCN to vehicle register keeper by taking pictures of the vehicle parked in one road which the signage erected display the following: resident permit or pay at machine and display; whereas there are no machine to pay for physical ticket to display, on the windscreen and merge with the pictures of signages erected on different road to the road where the vehicle is parked whereas the signage displays the following: resident permit or pay by phone?
    The Council is Newham, London.
I have asked around 5 to 8 different civil enforcement officer working in the area and in other boroughs and all of them gave me exactly the same answer: it is unlawful because every bay has signage erected and those signs applies to the bays where drivers park.
However, I have challenged the Council on this matter and they rejected my appeal twice and instead, they issued the Web Code to appeal throughout the Adjudicator, which rejected my appeal. In addition to that nobody seems to bother to clarify this matter to me in regards to the Road traffic Act Law that Newham Council is enforcing by triplicating the original PCN (£65).
I have ultimately received a letter from Newham Council demanding the triple of the original PCN, by rejecting any further communication with me regarding this PCN, other than the payment of £195, and the original PCN was £65.
I am just trying to understand if it is legal to local Authorities to enforce a PCN by using photographic evidence of signs on different roads where the vehicle parked, regardless of the signage erected on the bay where the vehicle is?
On my understanding, there are Inadequate or unclear signage is a defence to local council fines and to private land.
    Can you please help?
    Kind regards.
