Chances are you’re not going to finish off the jar in one meal. TIL turmeric anything is expensive in America??? I'm in Asia and turmeric costs next to nothing really, fresh or dried or ground. It's a common ingredient when we deep fry chicken or fish so most households use turmeric daily all year round. It's also an ingredient in curries which some cultures consume daily. It's funny that Americans feel it's worth paying more just because it feels exotic lol
