I remember reading that there was a proposed idea to bring Deadpool into the movie. I can't remember exactly, but I think the plan was to have him come in during this scene, see Wanda murdering everybody and immediately go "NOPE" and just leave. So he still would have been the smartest man alive

Fun fact: Deadpool started off as a villain, as an opponent of the X-Men originally. He was sent by the supervillian, Genesis to kill Cable. This version of Deadpool was a more generic one-shot character initially, but he was so popular that Marvel brought him back with a much more distinct personality.

He really is Marvel Jesus cleaning up the timelines.
There is defienetely a way for MCU to enhance back the reputation of Krasinski's Reed Richards.
Step 1) A Reed Richards from an alternate universe (possibly the main one) develops a device that practically what the time stone does (even that is enough for gaining back the title).
Step 2) That Reed Richards gets back to MCU to deal with Wanda. Obviously he will end up with Dr. Strange first.
Step 3) When they encounter, he will simply say "I have come to bargain", and without a fight, Dr. Strange will drawback as he simply understands the outcome and the ultimatom that Reeds give to him. Because, impilicitly, Reed Richards will tell him that he can undo what Iron Man has done for their universe. Dr. Strange will not take the risk. (that even puts a little bit evil and, thu charisma in Reed Richards)
Step 4) Such aforementioned device can also help bargaining with Wanda, who is at a peaceful state at that moment, and she will visit the universe where she killed Illuminati and rewrite all reality for all members that she have killed.
With a good screenplay, that will be a killer victory for Reed Richards, without a fist fight, but a diplomatic fight of his own style. Because he is not the smartest man alive but smartest mEn in all universes. This would just be an intro to the movie to show what the smartest mEn alive are capable of.
That will also strengthen the hand of the F4 movie. Because against such a Richards, the scenario neeeds a Doom who is pure evil (even exceeding Wanda's or Kang's evil state), however almost as smart as Reeds.
... or simply go with another actor for Reed Richards, which would be lamer.
They really did miss a golden opportunity for a Deadpool cameo. They could have had him in a cell for all the incursions he had committed in the post-credits of Deadpool 2, and then shown him sneaking out of the Illuminati building in a post-credit scene.
Edit: I saw this meme joking about a potential intro in Deadpool 3. It inspired me and I expanded it into a script.
We see Wade sitting at one end of a couch, working on a laptop while whistling Part of Your World. Only his seat is in the frame. Muffled sounds of distress can be heard in the background. The camera cuts to the laptop's screen, where we see two windows open, one labeled "20th Century Fox" and the other labeled "MCU." The mouse cursor drags a folder labeled "X-Men Franchise" from the former to the latter. The camera cuts back to the couch, zooming out reveal Kevin Feige laying on the rest of it in nothing but his boxers, hogtied and with a ball gag in his mouth. Deadpool stops whistling, closes the laptop, and turns to his captive.
DP: See, Scoutmaster Kevin, now you don't have to remake almost 20 years worth of movies.
KF:
Deadpool reopens the laptop and starts scrolling.
DP: What's that? You want me to add the Howard the Duck movie to the MCU canon as well?

Deadpool closes the laptop once more and strokes the side of Feige's face.

A corporate self-promotion, inside a 4th wall break, inside a 4th wall break. That's like... Inception level deep. Anyway, the rest of you, enjoy our feature presentation.
Deadpool starts singing the last lines of Part of Your World, with altered lyrics, as the camera fades to black.

Fun Fact: The reason why Scarlet Witch didn't sense Deadpool is because Deadpool's artificial enhanced mutation to his body is soo strong that he developed a psychic shield that protect's him from psychic/psionic powers like telekinesis (to some degree I think), telepathy, mind control, and so on. This also helps him be immune or resistant from psychic attacks.
Short version: Deadpool is too crazy for mind manipulation/ sum form of telekinesis to harm him
Wrong. Like Wolverine with his adamantium skeleton or Hulk with his multiple personalities, Deadpool just has a high resistance to psychic attacks.
He is not immune!
Also, telekinesis is the ability to move things with the mind. Why are you including that? Because he has no resistance to that. Anyone with telekinesis can still pick him up and throw him across a room. Sure he won't feel it or heal from it quickly, but you're confusing telekinesis with being the same as telepathy.
Plus it was established in _Uncanny Avengers_ that his brain, either through odd bio-chemistry or his constant touches with Death, have left him immune to even power psychics like Charles Xavier.
Even if she didn’t sense deadpool. We could still hear the sound of deadpool’s sword being unleash. Guess she was too focus on the illuminati. Haha, love this edit.

Can’t snap your fingers if you don’t have a hand, and it’s a gauntlet that only works on one hand, so Thanos wouldn’t be able to use it with the other. I mean, Thor’s not the most intelligent of Asgardians, but still. Amateur strategy, on his part.

And they've agreed on R-rating too. The writers said they are showing every joke to Kevin and he's supportive about all of them.
