Thank you for this video. We have a brand new Lance and had no CLUE we had that built in screen on the front door. OMG! COOL! You do a fantastic job with your videos!!
This unit checks off many boxes. Can you get a 12volt fridge. Can you get into the bathroom with the slide in. Last, can you use the slide table and bed with the slide in.
Hi PJ, The awesome Queen of RV dealers and reviews you can count on for honest frank and reliable reviews and Princess Craft absolutely an awesome dealership from A to Z! Here in the Colorado Rocky Mountains where I live, this weekend with temperatures falling below 26°F, Lance was one of the few RVs still at the Rocky Mountain National Park RV Park. Yes, Lance RV trailers are really 4 season capable! Others, not so much! Thank you PJ!
Trailer valuation is definitely a "eye of the beholder" situation. We understand where you're coming from! You see what you see and the call is yours to make!
To answer your question John Hansknecht, they're not. Nothing against Princess Craft at all, PJ is great. However, we quickly learned that in actuality, Lance hasn't really been Lance for several years and that the company was taken over by someone else. We have a 2019 1995, and have have had FAR too many issues for only being a 3 year old trailer. So many things we have noticed that really doesn't live up to Lance's supposed quality. Long story short, we're not happy. Shame on Lance for not being better to your customers.
I really like this unit. Do you know if it is possible to change to the new compressor driven 12 volt refrigerator? I do like the differences between this unit and the Lance 1575. Also, can you replace the dinette table with the one used in the new Lance 2075? Thank you for your videos, you always point out the positive options provided by the manufacturers, and do it in an elegant way. Watching other walk thru's seem to be of a lesser caliber.
PJ, You are the best at these demo videos... You are polished while showing passion for the features... One question, can you get to the bathroom when the slide is in? TIA 😎
This is a really lovely unit in a compact space....We have a 1995 which we love and travel extensively in...A couple of differences in this design - more space allocated to the washroom/shower but it comes at a cost of sizeable storage lockers either located at the back wall of 1995 (or in the washroom in the case of the 1985). The Truma system looks like a really positive add (especially if its quieter...) The galley doesn't have a great deal of counter space in either this design (or the 1995...) but because the slide out seating area is directly across from the galley in the 1995/1985, one can use the high-height table as a galley work area...Lance looks like it still enables you to use the washroom when the slide is in which is a very useful feature. We love our murphy bed set up and the bed is easy to set up and quite comfortable- we went with the murphy set up as we like to read and really didn't want our seating to be restricted exclusively to the slide out area... As we do alot of Fall/Spring camping when its cooler, we prefer having the access door at the back of the camper. Slides are always the Achilles heel of campers...it makes a huge difference in the livability of a 23-4 foot camper but likely will be the biggest source of problems and repairs... Keeping the larger tankage and dual axles makes this a great unit for a couple looking for adventure....
Hello PJ, Very nice & thorough review. Two questions: - is that combi furnace/water heater a tankless water heater? - does the shower use a "shower miser" recirculation feature so we don't waste water while it warms up? Cheers, Eric
That's an awesome little trailer & almost perfect for us! So many great features in this Lance; love electric fireplaces and Finally! a manufacturer who has installed a splash/grease guard next to the range top. Our dislikes: Plastic sink and almost no counter space ( & no counter extender), tiny frig & freezer and no space made for a waste basket. Also, we're NOT a fan of that vessel sink, but could live with it if not made of plastic again. Plastic toilet? Last item: 150lbs for the hitch? That's not much. .. Could that even hold 3 bikes?
I don't like that there is no storage over the bed area and the dinette. this floor plan seems so disconnected from each sitting area. I also don't like how the sofa protrudes into the floor area when the bed is folded.
Do not care for the internet eh our layout granted there’s limited space in a small trailer. Not a fan of not being able to access the bathroom when travelling due to the slide being in and blocking the door.
This is a perfect upgrade from my 2016 Lance 1575. It is the same basic floor plan only much better!!! Although, they need to add the counter extender, recess the fire extinguisher, and move the key rack to the outside wall 🙂
Lance build quality is not always as it should be. I lost my scrotum in a Murphy bed mechanism in 2016 as it was defective. It happened while I was on my own and had to wait over an hour for my son to return and release me
In my opinion, plastic sinks and plastic are unacceptable in "high-end" priced rigs, like Lance and Airstream. Unfortunately, the current Lance models seem to be lacking greatly in Product Quality and Customer Service. Shame on you Lance. Make it make sense. Accurately reflect price to match quality.
Murphy beds are a great idea. You can get a shorter trailer because of them, and I think a open bed without a wall divider looks terrible. Not to mention you can use the space if the bed is up that you can't when it's down. We just bought a 26-foot trailer that sleeps 5 to 8 and can easily entertain 6 people with the bed folded up. 4 with the bed down.
I love this? Thank you, P.J.!😊

I like the dedatched screen. Looks like a nice trailer.
You are the best at giving rv tours! You are always so positive and knowledgeable!
Another great review. Definitely a nice camper. And i'd just keep the bed down all the time. No sweat.

Hi PJ & Princess Craft , thanks for showing us this nice little camp trailer !!! 👍🤗❤
The window blinds work. For the first few months. Then they quickly become a problem. Been there. Doing that. I own a 2075.
I love my Truma Combi. So quiet and efficient. And works on both gas or electric or a combo of both.
Lance really makes a great looking RV. However, I got one from Sugarcreek, OH. Great video and review as usual. Thanks PJ.
Right on!
Love this!!
Lance trailers are nice, but I'm not so sure that they are $20K more than their competition nice.

Prices are a looot more than they’d normally be.
60k plus smh
You guys are awesome keep up the videos
PJ is extra dolled up today!!😃
Is the star gamer window above the bed automotive glass or do I need to cover that up when traveling?

I have to say that seeing plastic bins in place of wood drawers is surprising in this price point.

are there any changes to the 1600 lance this year? Looking to upgrade to the new 1600 so I was wondering if there are changes, thx,
Princess- enjoyed, nice channel, :)
Thanks for coming!
Nice layout... only 1 drawback... if the dinette slide is in, it will block access to the bathroom. So can't use the bathroom on the road.
Good review.
My only issue with this model is that the bathroom is inaccessible when the slide is in.
Test results for 4 season temp claim ? 🤔
Love it what is the price?

Hello PJ,
Very nice & thorough review.
Two questions:
- is that combi furnace/water heater a tankless water heater?
- does the shower use a "shower miser" recirculation feature so we don't waste water while it warms up?

I wonder if they are starting production on the other two new models. 1770 and and 2055.
What up princess crafts
Howdy!
Does the cooktop have a range exhaust hood?
Answered. Thank you.
Is the bathroom accessible with the slide in?
That bed design leave a lot to be desired. Cant imagine a worse one for wasted space
It's time to install 12 volt compressor refrigerators. And skylights are much better than fans.

Last item: 150lbs for the hitch? That's not much. ..
Could that even hold 3 bikes?
Agreed, I don't care for the bowl sink at all.
Is this model all season? I need it to be good in freezing climates!
Yep! The Lances have heated enclosed tanks, dual pane windows, great insulation, everything you need!
This model is not on Lance's website. When are they expected to be available?
Drawers are no longer dove tailed, and solid wood door and drawer fronts are now particle board covered with contact paper. Sad...
what is the price of this model
What are the prices and options??
I don't like that there is no storage over the bed area and the dinette. this floor plan seems so disconnected from each sitting area. I also don't like how the sofa protrudes into the floor area when the bed is folded.
Modern look
I'm interested. How much is this unit?
P.J. 👍
Again no price?
whats the weight?
Do not care for the internet eh our layout granted there’s limited space in a small trailer. Not a fan of not being able to access the bathroom when travelling due to the slide being in and blocking the door.
Double check All the claimed weights ? Don’t forget actual tongue weights ? 🤔
The 1875 isn't even on Lance's website! It looks very much like a 1985! I wonder what's going on?
Does this have a toilet?
Yes! I nice dry bath with toilet and shower.
You did not say the cost.
This is a perfect upgrade from my 2016 Lance 1575. It is the same basic floor plan only much better!!! Although, they need to add the counter extender, recess the fire extinguisher, and move the key rack to the outside wall 🙂
Lance please give me a 12 v refrigerator!!!!
👍🏻

Quality has gone down since Lance was sold...
NAIN - !
Wow, not a fan of the Murphy bed and the layout seems a little awkward for even a couple.
If you leave the bed down, what's the difference? I like having a place where 2 more people can sit in the trailer during the day.
I heard that there customer service is a disaster
Please pull the camera view back away from her and show the camper! Very few complete top to bottom view of the floor plan etc.
Thanks for the comment! We will try to get more full Florian shots for you!!
TV in a terrible spot, dont like tha bowl sink, bathroom to small
You have got to be kidding me..........
Dinky bathroom. Lance might have skinny people working there, but in real life we are on the hefty side.
MSRP AROUND $85k…sale prices around $80k.
No thank you. Looks very cheap inside. Murphy beds look like a terrible idea too.
