Great video!! So helpful. I’m an older skater and have already been injured badly enough to take me off wheels for a year and alter my life forever. I agree - learn to fall and wear the gear - even if it’s hot, uncomfortable, and not “cute”. Great is cuter than road rash, broken bones, and torn ligaments. 🙌🏽
I needed this earlier today when I fell backward BUT I was able to get back up and start again. Protective gear should arrive tomorrow. Great content. thanks
