    Oh yeah, nice part Chris and cool manifold in the end. It's always cool to see where a part ends up in the assembly. Not always feasible.

    I have recently found your channel, and I'm enjoying immensely. I've been binge-watching a lot of your videos, and I find myself amazed that you don't get many forgings!? This actual job is crying out to be made from a forging.
    Obviously, it doesn't matter to you; but you would think your customers might actually want to keep their costs down! 😁🤣. Cheers.

    Sin duda con refrigerante.Yo le hubiera echo primero el desbaste del cono,se tuerce mucho la pieza despues de semejante desbaste.

    The chips using coolant look more discolored than those without coolant. Nice work.

      You ever notice how if you keep heating an iron alloy that you eventually burn off all those pretty coloured oxides and progress into the bland blue grey shades?

      Makes me think high-pressure polyethylene production unit (2000 bars/ 29000 psi) or ammonia making reactor (in the range of 500 bars/7250 psi if I remember well).

    nice job. are you using conversational to program the cutting or you load the file? if conversational is used, would be nice to see one complete job, even if its simple for you .

      Probably 80% of my programming is done in conversational. I do have a few videos with some programming in them. I thought about making a video about the fanuc manual guide, but a lot of people I've talked to would rather use G-codes than conversational programming.

      Bad insert makes different chips and different sound.

    Настоящее мастерство на токарном а не задать программу и ждать, я знаю что такое ЧПУ не по наслышке лично писал программу, знание кодов и модулей и всё. На простом токарном так не выйдет!
