It highly depends on the grain and whether you use netal mesh on top of the puck. Normally I use setting 6 on the top burr (you can see it under the hopper when it's removed) and setting between 30 and 40 when mesh is not used. When there is a metal mesh on top of the puck there's about 2.0-2.5 g less grinds in the pack and it calls for a smaller grinding settings of 15-25.
