Zooz UU750 9 month review

- Zooz hooked it up with a 2022 UU750 and I've been riding it for the past 9 months. This thing has seen road, gravel, dirt and everything in between! As a Dad my take on this bike is that's it's perfect for anyone looking to get a fast and approachable ebike to rip around town, hit jumps, ride in some in some neighborhood dirt and take their kiddo around town.
Yes you can go the other route pop wheelies and cause a scene. Either way you want to spin it, this electric BMX bike is too much fun.

I used to ride bmx as a kid, i'm a 61 year old kid now and just got 2 of these for me and the wife to throw on the back of the sprinter van and start exploring...nice video!
Right on, Ken! Love to hear this. Hope you and your wife have fun with them! I have dreams of owning a sprinter - have fun out there homie!
Great review . Looking to get a UU750. I’m 50 years old but still love bmx bikes being an 80s kid so can’t wait to get the zooz . Will be great to put in my VW camper too 😊
Good on you taking the extra steps to keep your daughter safe.
Thank you Sir for this , this is hands down the best review and I’m 49 and wear sk8ter stuff… lol I’ve gotten this bike , but added the bigger breaks n disc they offer and it’s a fine tuned shred thing I’ve totally falling for. People everywhere look when we go ride in the city or around town . Even took it to a cover bang show in a field where we really had fun, people couldn’t understand us… lol
I appreciate your comment! And I laughed out loud when you spelled it like sk8… the real ones know, haha. Have fun with it! Such a simple ripping bike!
My kids are all grown up now I've got time to enjoy my Zooz and cruise around like I use to and I'm loving it, me time 💙👍🏾
Pffff. Empty nester huh?! I’m a ways off that life, but I can imagine it must be nice to get your me time back!
Probably a dumb question but would a Fox mountain bike fork fit on this?
I like the seat you made look sharp on the bike l thought.Think you should go if sit good.
Thank you for the excellent real world review sir. I have a 1500 W and a 250 W electric bikes. One problem that I have with them is that they’re too heavy and too big. This one looks perfect for throwing in the car and going places with it. One question that I would like to ask you-can you count the The front and rear sprocket on the Zooz and tell me what it is? also, does the 750 have a controller? I’m thinking about the little 250 W so it is much lighter. It’s still enough to get me up Mount Diablo and in the gold country for digging gold without that much weight. Thank you very much I would appreciate your input. I am a 61 year old kid as well. Don’t forget safety gear to cover your skin at least.
Go for the 750, to me the 250 is for kids or people in the UK. The UK has laws preventing anything bigger than a 250 watts on the street.
Great video! I ride in sf all the time! Where’s that tunnel located? At 13:57
That’s in San Rafael!!
I'M 64 PULLED THE TRIGGER ON THE 1100 IN HOUND GREY. SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE TOMORROW . I RIDE FAST AND RECKLESS 🤣 WISH ME LUCK
Yes dude!!! I hope I’m riding around like you when I’m 64!! Have you gotten it yet!?
Great review. This bike is for everyone! We absolutely love our 750. Even bought a 250 for my 11 year old son and he loves it too.
Such a fun bike! That’s rad you purchased one for your son - he must love it!
Definitely a sick bike but with that price tag I’m building my own bmx Ebike.
On my bike I like to dress like a Fonzie from Happy Days because it looks like his bike
Hey how you doing I was wondering does your says 750 wants or 1100 W !!!!!
Hey hey! 750
❤️🧡💛💚💙 Ooooooooooo MY DAAANNGGGG…… BMX ⚡️⚡️⚡️ FOREVER… PEACE……. ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

@@thegravelist Huhhh ??? ??? ???
Mine did 20k miles, then broke. Rip zooz
1100 here and decided to sacrifice the torque for better range and top speed. Either way the zooz is an awesome bike and love the stealthy low key look more than my AR grizzly. Still love the acceleration on the grizzly but it’s heavy just not as sharp as the ZOOZ. Good video be safe
Agree with ya 100%. Super minimal and clean looking - so fun to rip around on. Thanks for watching and for the kudos homie! Have fun out there 🤙🏼🤙🏼
While I’m generally not a fan of the idea of e-bikes I actually dig this. It’s not pretending to be an actual bmx bike, or gravel bike, or enduro bike. Looks like it’s a lot of fun.
Well put my friend! I agree 100%
Hi there I olso bought the Zooz 750 it's got a lot more torque than the 1100 and these bikes just want to be jumped I do have a 52v 21amp battery what will fit this bike so I'll be using that for longer journeys 💯👍🏾
Yeah the torque is just right. And they’re fun as all hell to dink around with! Is that the move? Adding a 52v 21amp battery to it changes it??
@@thegravelist well I've got to other mid-drive bikes which take the same battery's and one of them is the 52v 21amp so I use that as well so I can ride a lot further and I get a little more torque as well with it being a 52v and not the 48v 👍🏾
I'm new to zooz bikes, where can I get that 52V 21 amp battery? just bought an Ultralight 750.
@@ec-vh7ov I bought mine from Alibaba for about £350 Samsung cells
@@ashpunting tym for info
what’s the max speed?
We never seen if u made it to work. Did the battery last ???
Yeah I made it. There’s a short clip where I talk about it. But made it just in time and had to charge once I got to work.
I was on the edge of my seat 😂 must have missed the small clip. Really enjoyed.. thanks for the response.
Hahaha. Definitely a nail biter. But yeah, stoked I made it! That’s 20 miles with about 1000 ft of elevation. On full blast… pretty sweet to me because it doesn’t look like a regular big e bike.
Definitely impressive , u were rippin it hard .
Where’d you get the front foot pegs?
where did you buy the chain guard and what size? if you don't mind sharing. TYM
The chain guard came with the bike!
Nice review! I also made a review comparing all 3 Zooz models on my channel. I think I still like the 1100 the best!
Thanks man! I’ll check your video out. These things rip!!
@@thegravelist Definitely, I wish I picked one of these things up a long time ago!
1:56 Made for motorcycles?? GT Bicycles used to sell those back in the 80s! I had a set on my Pro Performer. Wooo... Flashback! 🤪
So rad!! I recently sold my motorcycle, but miss it now. Haha. When spring rolls around I’ll probably make an irrational decision and get another motor bike… wood
Broooo you in da bay with it! So dope , city riding is definitely where it’s at!
You already know!
Yesss I could transport food np, a lil off road riding, commuting, city streets....I cannot freakin wait to get this
Think twice about this bike !! no suspensions going over 20 you feel everything !!!!
@Killua2055 good lookin out thanks! I'm actually getting a different ebike now without throttle for my commute life. So much fun to watch people ride their Zooz 😃
@@annag467 yeah it’s fun but painful the seat is uncomfortable with no suspension. If you’re trying to go over 30 mph you got a few every little crack.
@MRG_1 sorry to hear that. I ended up getting a tiny bastard folding e bike for my little commute in the city.
Curious, how long does the 20mile commute to work take?
Takes about an hour! Not bad considering when I drive, traffic is 45 mins. Much more fun on the bike that’s for sure
Facts my commute is 16 miles and all throttle I’ll get there in about 45mins! My drive is about 25mins but riding my zooz is waaaay more enjoyable!
"HOLLIGAN S***" THAT WAS CLASSIC LMAO 🤣🤣
Lol. I mean… have you seen some of the peeps on their IG page? I totally under used this bike. Haha.
