It probably was delivered to the wrong address. This has happened to me multiple times to me even to the point were it showed up later. I agree with you she jumped to quickly.

The design stops on its own I did explain lol the heart has 4 stops in it

If it shows delivered they won’t be in her favor. PayPal goes by the tracking updates. Post office has gps locations of where they actually dropped the package when they do their last scan so she needs to call and find out. You could even call and ask them to open an investigation into it.
Yay for case closed on Etsy.. If it states delivered paypal will close it as well. Unless she said she received something other than what she ordered. Some people are just so quick to jump the gun. I had someone leave a 1 star because their item states delivered.. then 2 days later they got it... Guess who still has the 1 star... UGHHHH!

The USPS is the worst delivery service to use. I've had packages marked as delivered even though it wasn't and I would go to the post office and they literally would say they left it in my mailbox (very small and letters are the only thing that can be left) and I would be left with a total loss. PayPal will side with the business if the package was marked as delivered by the USPS, sadly. I generally don't purchase an item if I know the business uses the post office as their delivery service.
I will not ship with them anymore!!
@@CachisCustomsI had a package with perishables in it for Christmas shipped by ups and it showed up in February after shipping mid December. I don’t trust any of them. USPS is worse tho. I have a missing package right now as we speak.

This happens even when it's not holidays. I've had packages marked delivered, gone to the post office and package not there. And it's been 3 or more days. After going to the post office, package shows up in my mailbox! I have informed delivery so if tells me what I should be getting in the mail. Have had to pick up packages because postal carrier was afraid to deliver in the dark.
