Man sadly my Sportster S is the first bike I've ever owned that I really feel like needs an aftermarket exhaust. The stock one in person sounds like you are shaking the silverware drawer.
Love this build man, still think seeing a 2-1 wraping under the pegs and coming out lower would look epic but this is still sick

Very cool dude!! I have the same kind of wrenching challenges for my roadking special 😂. But nicely done and sooo much better. In europe that kind of noise is more and more becoming a problem though because of the regulations… Therefore we put on exhaust brands like Jekill&Hyde or Kesstech with adjustable valves in the exhaust. So you can make maximum noise, somewhere in between and silent when you want it. But, that’s not a problem in the States? Have a nice one brother! Greetz, a fan from The Netherlands, yes, the land of the wooden shoes, Gouda cheese and windmills. 😁🤘👊

What’s good bro. I installed the two Bro’s exhaust watching your video onto my 2023 Harley sportster S and I love the sound but the question I have for you is why is there light smoke coming from the exhaust ? is that normal or is it an issue??
Not sure if you’d be interested. But Kodlin makes a 1in rear suspension lift. Adds a little corner clearance

Sounds better but I have heard people are burning their legs without the heat shields.
Yeah, definitely. It's very difficult to drive without a heat shield, especially in hot days and in traffic. Even with the stock exhaust it burns if you accidentally touch it :)

I believe I only have two. One between the cylinders for the front cylinder and the other where the clutch cable meets the transmission case For the rear cylinder exhaust

I appreciate this video, not because I approve of your mod, but because it gives me another chance to look at a tear down of the exhaust system on my bike without having to do it myself !
I disagree with, and am apposed to, your mod of the RH1250S exhaust system. (reasons below)
There are three problems with this mod: 1) aesthetics , 2) sound specs, law violations , 3) heat; not to mention the fact that the mod no doubt voids the warranty on a $15k (US) HD motorcycle.
Yes, its louder. Hells bells. But, you've probably noticed that the "loud sound" is not a clean HD rumble ... its chattered , rattled , broken obnoxious noise offensive to almost anyone hearing it , except you of course. This is because the Revolution Max power plant is NOT a V45 air-cooled double cams, nor M8 ! Its ignition system and automatic hydraulically computerized overhead valve timing combined with internal engine balancers make the engine sound more like your grandmothers sewing machine (that's a good thing) than the traditional rumble of the air-cooled HD power plants of the past.
To be honest your Two Bros pipes will sound better if you put the baffle back. It won't be a rattled , and it will still be too loud.
Of course you ruined the aesthetics of a gorgeous piece of engineering brilliance. Not sure what you were thinking, but the Two Bros mod does not match the lines of the bike, does not match the right fender of the bike, and is fucking ugly. gawd.
From an engineering standpoint you've also changed the back pressure on the exhaust manifold and valve train. This not only voids the bike's warranty, but also will damage the power plant over time. This is less likely to occur if you reinstall the baffle on the Two Bros pipes.
Sorry to be so critical; NOT... needs to be said.

TBR has really nice sound but unfortunately it is not fully fit with the stock design and this is a point that upsets me. I was wondering, did you connected the oxygen sensors after TBR system ?

I personally think the stock looked a lot better. IMO, the aftermarket sounds terrible...sorry!!!
They really ruined the sound, should've stayed with the single-pin crank or reused the 1250cc vrod motor.

If you don’t put a tuner on it you will mess that motor up
I actually like the style of the factory exhaust , it’s part of the style of the bike , just wish it wasn’t so quiet and HEAvY
I’m either going to remove the stock baffles or eventually I’m sure some one will come out with some slips ons for the factory mufflers

The stock exhaust looks stupid and sounds really bad. But it's part of the bike and the bike was designed for that exhaust only. Even though the stock exhaust is ugly itself this two brothers exhaust look very out of place. Especially where the rear fender extension sticks out.
good luck taking the baffles out of the stock. i had same idea but theyre welded in...
