Street Cat Dinner Time (Part 9)

The cats who gather at the park are fed everyday between 5 PM to 6 PM. They seem to be able to tell time and start gathering to wait for Pamela around 4 PM. There is also a smaller crowd that comes for breakfast around 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
Heidi and I feed many of these cats at other times of the day in the gardens. I also fill in for Pamela when she can't make it and try to help her with the money when I am able to.
