What a great chef!! I am a Filipina yet I don't care for Pancit Bihon. I prefer wider noodle except the rice glass noodle (pancit sotanghon). You are an amazing chef because you know all the pancit variations from the Philippines. Thank you for sharing. My favorite noodle dish is Beef Chow Fun.

Super simple but tasty healthy looking recipe. Not sure if I can get the exact Filipino noodles but will use rice vermicelli type noodles. Definitely would be a winner for the folks at home who aren't keen on spicy foods like me.

Hi, Chef! I REALLY like this recipe because it's been how many birthdays since I've had pancit. Usually, I use Cantonese style or Canton noodles as we Filipinos say it and I make it a bit saucy by adding more stock...

Looks so fab!!! I do this with Ramen noodles all the time with any of my leftover proteins and just throw whatever veggies I have on hand. Cheap and fast hearty meals.

Excellent video... thanks for explaining the difference in cooking time on the protein; most of us don't have a high-temperature gas hob; I know my induction would take longer (I should have had a gas ring fitted when the new kitchen was done 2 yrs ago)

highly recommend you get a portable gas stove, I'm currently using a cheap $20 one from the hardware store and it works great, plan on upgrading to a nice iwatani in the future.

In Waikiki on Oahu, there is the International Marketplace, and in particular the Food Court. That was probably the last time I had some authentic food from the Philippines. But I'll admit, I've probably eaten enough Pork Adobo for two lifetimes.

I want to make this, swap meat for tofu, use vegetable broth powder and mushroom based oyster sauce. Then it would be vegan.

Never mind the noodles being soggy. The importance is being satisfied with the taste. I used to buy pancit bihon from my neighbour who is good in cooking. Her pancit is soggy but woah, the taste is so good.😊

what is it with the chefs thinking it's cool to call meat proteins. all if not most food is a form of protein at varying levels. Go back to calling it what it is, chicken, beef etc. boils my piss.
