Lol, I'm not a fan of liver either, Heba. My mother loved the stuff. I tried it so many times trying to like it, but no, lol. I do like liverwurst and braunschweiger, however. So much yummy food. If I ever had the chance to visit Hungary, I'd need to try their goulash. My mother used to make her version of it. Less of a soup and more a stew. She would add elbow pasta to it instead of potatoes. I think I'd prefer potatoes, though, but mom's version was good. I wouldn't mind trying the potato bread thing, and those sausages and that duck looked so good too. Lol, I don't know how you ate so much in one day!?🤪 The Christmas lights and the tree were so beautiful! It just all seemed like great fun. I'm so glad you enjoyed yourselves! Lol I can understand about looking for subway or pizza. I will say that the taste are different from here. But do love to eat local food. And the liver sausage was very tasty. It was so fun!! Yes, they do love the Chilly pepper - paprika, - just for that the Cancer problem is very low in Hungary. I'm very happy you guys have a very good time in Budapest.

Let me tell you food tours are our favorite thing to do. They take us to local places with history. Places we would not have tried. Oh gosh liver 😳😳 but honestly this was so delicious. Didn’t have that texture and with spices it didn’t taste like that liver taste. It was creamy as well. I have been craving mulled wine and chimney cakes since we came back. Lol. HEBA...this camera work is so great and your sound integration with the music/voice levels are so good! The clarity here is so crisp! Did you say what the camera was on the first video? I don't remember OHHH I really want to try some of these food. The look in both of your eyes when your taste buds kick in makes my mouth water LOL That market hall IS a city LOL I'm shaking my head...no I don't want to try the liver sausage LOL I don't care if you like it I'm still shaking my head and saying no Heba don't eat it LOL Did the chimney cake taste like a donut? I like how you did the filming of you filming on the iphone, closing in and then cutting straight to that footage! Thank you so much dear Mary!! The new camera is the Sony Ev z10. With a 10 or 12 mm lense. Can’t remember lol. And the mic is dji with that gimble. Hopefully to stop the shaking. That chimney cake kinda taste like a crispy French toast I would say. So sugary and cinnamony. Lol. Miss that so much. The food was so tasty and rich. Yum. So glad you are enjoying the trip. Supplement for the sausages:
It's easier to call both sausages,
but of the two sausages, only the paprika one was a sausage.
The liver sausages was the hurka (Kata may not have wanted to teach a new word).
The difference between the two similar dishes is the filling.
The sausage is always filled with spicy minced raw fatty meat.
The filling of the hurka is a mixture of minced cooked offal and cooked meat and cooked rice. Seasoning occurs during mixing.
Liver or blood is mixed into this basic mixture.This will make a liver hurka or a bloody hurka.The latter is also called blood sausage.
In each case, the seasoning is based on a unique recipe, so it always depends on the maker.
