The difference is literally like night and day. I'm sure the outlay was worth it. Used to have ridiculous lights emanating from my E32 and Jag X Type. Thought changing bulbs would do the trick but little did I know how wrong I was! Haha. Good video and I'm sure CSB Pro will have lots more enquiries for all sorts of marques
Brighter bulbs is only one half of the equation. The other part really is the calibration and focus of the beam throw. If the illumination of the brighter bulbs are allowed to randomly spread and not focused to the road ahead, your increased brightness does not translate to better clarity, and this is where CSB Pro earns their money.
1:45 The reason for the split wiring for the indicators and angel eyes is the previous owner upgraded from pre-facelift to facelift headlights. The pre-facelift uses the same bulbs for parking lights and indicator lights, whereas facelift has angel eyes for parking and indicators separately. In order to accommodate this change, you have to split the original wiring on pre-facelift to mimic the wiring on facelift E39s.
i love the multi beam LED's on my E250 but when it rains... all that light becomes unusable. That's when the halogen's shine their best. its easier to drive my kembara in the rain then my e class. Love the way LED's look in normal weathers but its nice that your 5 series still has the yellow lights which will be helpful in the rain.
Did you being high beam by the car infront of you after you cut them ? Telling you that your light seems like high beam. Because i had the Jacob too.. And i constantly being high beam by the ppl infront of me after i cut pass in front of them.
Hey Kon, off topic here, but how is the Xtrons unit so far? Is it worth the upgrade? If it is, would you suggest the same model that you fitted or a full touch screen model? Thanks!😁
I personally prefer the buttons at the side as it is representative of a period-correct appearance for the car. Go for the unit with the highest memory and processing power that you can afford.
My Jacob Dynamic LED pair costs RM3,050 (RM2,700 if your car has warm seal headlamps). Through EvoClub Car Wash, we offer a package deal of RM3,000 (warm seal) and RM3,400 (perma-seal) inclusive of our Enduro Stage 1 deep cleaning package for your car.

been using Jacob dynamic from CSB for almost a year now, still love it, pretty much brighter than all the other car headlights at night 😂

Interesting, this car was a face-lift, but it was low spec, so it must have left factory with the pre-facelift headlights

Yeah, preservation of the standard appearance was a key criteria for me.
Yeah I really appreciate yellow lights when the visibility is low. But white lights are quite good on dark roads.
The amount of usability is due to the light intensity. Not so much the color
@@shaun893colour bro..as white cannot penetrate white.
Beautiful car and light upgrade.
Glad you liked it!
do you know how to let both LED headlights and far light go on when press "passing light" with headlights off?
I m not sure how, but I believe can be done. Just a matter of reconnecting wires
