i ve seen two interviews like this with the cast and both times they immediately got distracted the second someone noticed a dog and i love it.
Dogs are Ashley's kryptonite. 😁 All of them have that, but especially Ashley.
One shots? FCG's backstory and the events that led up to the events and the aftermath that Ashton walked into.
Imho that is a comic, not a dnd game. We already know how it ends, but not how it started.

What I want to see in the animated show, one word: BATHTUB!
They'll definitely do it. Only a question of when. I can see two possibilities. I'm betting S3 will be 4 three-episode arcs. It will depend what order they do it.

Nearly 10 years, and they still crack eachother up, and bounce thoughts around, and genuinely care. And they still inspire kindness and communication whenever anyone asks about shared storytelling. I'll never get sick of watching these nerdy-ass voice actors make the world a little brighter just by being who they are.

I was at this panel, the energy in the room was absolutely amazing. So glad I had the chance to see them in real life for the first time since they started, truly a life long memory was made yesterday.

What if they had the Darrington Brigade one-shot, but have someone else play Taliesin’s character, so everyone can make jokes about how Owlbear seems different like it was a recasting, but the new Owlbear can play it straight as “I’m the Owlbear, nothing changed”?

I'm really glad this panel got uploaded! I drove like 5 hours the day before, showed up early and I still got turned away because the panel got capped. I really wished it was in a larger theater. Sooooo many got turned away. I felt especially bad for the Critical Role cosplayers that weren't let in.
I’m not trying to be mean here, but as someone who’s been in the question line at one of these panels: please do not take 3 minutes to ask a question. Please just pay for an autograph ticket if you want to talk to them for a couple minutes.
So many people didn't ask a question because dude wanted to laugh at his own jokes. Yeah, don't be the main character in a situation like this...
Yes, as someone who's just missed out twice by a couple of questions, people like That Guy™really grind my gears. Not to mention you could literally hear him slip into DM mode. Not your table, not the time, and not fair to everyone else who waited just as patiently behind you.

A one shot or mini series about Delilah and Silas and how (and why) she "broke the world" for them would be so cool. I'm imagining they used to be like a gomez/morticia pair and everything went horribly wrong.
I SO agree with Travis about the Molaesmyr one-shot, I NEED to know what happened there. I would also love a one-shot about the formation of the Cobalt Soul and seeing how it started, or a one-shot about Kiri doing mischievous things with a group of weirdos. But, far and away the one-shot I want most of all, I want the Crit Role cast to do a one-shot where they play as the bandits that the Mighty Nein kept traumatizing 😂 Throw those lovable idiots into a hilarious situation WAY above their paygrade and see what happens
Omg I was THERE- I got to meet Laura, Marisha and Robbie and they are the SWEETEST people. I was wearing a Trinket shirt, shorts and sneakers and the FIRST thing he said to me was- you look amazing, I was tempted to give him my glasses 😆. I am 57 and was fangirling over ALL of them and can't WAIT til next year when they come back 🥰
One shots for Shattered Teeth, and other realms... Fjester wedding one shot... also, possibly after C3, The Rise of Ruidus, like when Predathos caught up with the Gods, what happened?? How did they manage to seal it???
They already did the lead up to Domunas' destruction and showed part of it's workings in EXU:Calamity as that's where Cathmoira is located and Asmodeus just destroys it in a hissy fit after his plan for the primordials there fails. Given the size of the continent and what was left afterwards, I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that nothing would have survived what happened.
To my mind, at least, it would be more interesting to see the two cultures that had developed there since and how the aftermath would have shaped their societies and people.
I love the Rise of Ruidus idea, though I'm hoping one of the gods will stop playing coy with the people trying to save them and just tell them what happened as doing it in a one-shot would require the PCs being literal gods and I don't know how the story would survive the sheer amount of agency the players would have.
I think the DPB (Division of Public Benefit, not... not the peanut butter thing) could make a cool one shot, I'm honestly amazed the Ford/Jester wedding hasn't happened yet and also maybe something during The Schism, but that would likely have the same PCs being gods problem.
There was a shattered teeth one shot recently. Laura played a fairy barbarian and Taliesin a druid and Sam was a very young Scanlan
Bummed that Taliesin's question about other undead people from the Sun Tree was never addressed. I want to know too!

As someone who deals with chronic back pain semi regularly, the sentiment of "f pain man" from Taliesin as he was talking about Ashton really hit my heart. Pain does indeed SUUUUUCK but it does help to have a little bit of representation of those experiences in a character you admire ☺️

It was crazy, my party and I got to the panel 35mins early (traffic was crazy or would've gotten there earlier) and we were part of the last little group to get in. The guy letting us in even told us we were "late"

It's so sad that no one mentioned Xhorhas in the question about a potential location for a one-shot. Think about it. Rosohna has Krynn drow who are basically a paradox because they are not Lolth-sworn. There are orcs, half-orcs, goblins (remember Zorth?), dragonborn, minotaurs, giants of all sorts. Rosohna is built in Ghor Dranas which is a place of ancient battles. There are moorbounders! Xhorhas is where the first Luxon beacon was found. Xhorhas gave us cool characters such as Zorth, Sunbreaker Olomon, Essek Thelyss, Caedogeist, Tuss Waccoh, Yasha Nydoorin...
Furthermore, it seems that the presence of the Stormlord - the coolest god in Exandria - is big in Xhorhas. Why is he the coolest god in Exandria? Well, I'll tell you why. Perhaps some parts of Exandrian history about Calamity went over my head, but from what I remember Stormlord banished Lolth in the EARLY days of Calamity. He's basically the reason the Krynn dynasty exists (I doubt they would've managed to get away from Lolth otherwise). By contrast, it took TWO gods to battle Tharizdun with Pelor resorting to the use of his "full might" (whatever it means, but I assume he embraced some darkness, because he seems to act like a dick in the modern days) and Ioun got a wound that hasn't healed for 700-900 years by now. In the meantime, Stormlord empowers his followers with the powerful "Where does YOUR strength come from!" to Yasha and Grog. He also showed kindness and understanding to Imogen Temult. TLDR Stormlord is badass. How we still haven't had a full-fledged campaign in Xhorhas is beyond me.

Oh man that first question from the audience made me think, wouldn't it be something if Essek was with the Mighty Nein animated series from the start? It would be a pretty major rewrite of the whole campaign, but it'd be interesting all the same.
I am doing a Campaign that revolves around Deserat being unlocked currently. Its been pretty crazy.
I love how Laura and Travis work together as both players, actors and as a real life couple. I saw them at a convention ages ago when they were fresh off from playing Colonel Roy Mustang and the Homunculus Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. At their panel, Laura joked "he killed me before he married me! (Apologies for anyone who hasn't seen FMA or FMAB, you should really get on that.)

Super sorry to that person at the end, but Ira absolutely does not mean "watchful" in Hebrew. In fact, there's no word like that in Hebrew at all. The closest thing might be "uroo" which means wake up, but, yeah not similar, and not "watchful".
Other than the guy who monologued for quite a bit (even tho the stuff he said was nice, its still hogging the spotlight), a really nice panel.
yeah. im always scared when watching panels like this. i love hearing from the people on the panel. but when they open the questions to the audience, cringe stuff always happen. almost every question opening with brownnosing and then just the type of questions.
They didn't mean it's an actual hebrew word. The name Ira means different things in different cultures, so they were specifying the hebrew name meaning, which is 'watchful' - unless you know something the internet doesn't. Are you a cultural anthropologist/linguist that specializes in onomatology?

Tip for the organizers/producers: take more questions from the audience. :)
My reasoning: You already have 4-sided dive and other opportunities for taking questions from Discord, online sources etc., but the only time you'll have the chance to take questions from a live audience is during panels like this one. That's why I'm thinking it should be the main course. :)
Only if they will filter the questions beforehand. I don't remember the exact con, but it was very recent, and all the questions there were so awkward it hurt.
Yeah, I think it was the other one with the dog because there were questions that were blatantly targeted jabs at certain people. @@evetobe
I saw something with a crowd, not CR related, that did an audience q&a where they put a QR code on a screen and let the audience submit and vote on questions via the QR code and I thought that was an excellent idea. It definitely felt like the voting aspect helped more interesting questions float to the top. Not sure how exactly it was done, though, or how well it would work for this sort of panel.
eh. the audience needs to know how to structure a question. so hearing some before it opens to the floor is helpful. ie the second audience question. he just kept fucking going as if it was about him. just ask the damn question.
Even in this panel, the second guys question was a rambling mess of thanking them, giving backstory and wasting time. They need to have questions that are quick and move on, not tell a life story.
41:49 it would be interesting to see an alt universe one shot where everyone played their favorite characters, ignoring all of the intricacies of how they would ever meet.... Grog, Jester, Cad, Vax, Loquacious, and whoever Ash and Marisha actually choose.
